Lulla, agent du support, m'a proposé son aide concernant la mise en route de cette application "simple à configurer." Pour le moment, mon site n'utilise que 3 fonctionnalités mais qui sont très efficaces pour augmenter notre panier moyen ! Lulla répond rapidement, dans la bonne humeur. I downloaded the app to help with sampling and so far the set up has been pretty easy. I contacted a customer service rep and Opus provided me with LULLA who's been great at assisting with a few issues on the backend.

I'm incredibly impressed with Opus Cart Upsell! The app has exceeded our expectations in every way. The seamless integration with Transcy for multi-currency and text translation capabilities was a key factor in our decision to switch from our previous cart solution, and it's working perfectly. What truly sets this app apart is their exceptional customer support. Special mention to Vivian, who provided outstanding assistance with customizing our cart to match our exact needs. She helped us implement custom CSS for font matching and went above and beyond to help replicate specific design elements we were looking for.

For a free app, Opus may well be one of the best decisions we've made in developing our store. It is simple, customisable, and natively offers functionalities such as one-click shipping insurance and cross-sell recommendations without which we would require multiple additional paid apps. It also has some of the best customer support we have experienced on this platform - swift, friendly, helpful, and most shockingly of all very cooperative with other app developers and prioritising making our site as best as it can be. A HUGE thanks to Katie, Lulla, Mia, Lucas and the Opus team for making this one of my favourite apps to use!

These Guys Are AMAZING! Great value for this app everything you need to boost conversion in the drawer is here. The customer service is outstanding they respond very fast and apply almost all changes that you need and not see in the general options. Keep it up guys ! One of the best support teams out there. I tried many apps to accomplish what I wanted to show in the cart drawer and only the Opus app was able to get it done. Its working wonderfully, increasing AOV and doing it automatically. Again, their support team is fantastic. Shout out to Lulla!
