I downloaded the app to help with sampling and so far the set up has been pretty easy. I contacted a customer service rep and Opus provided me with LULLA who's been great at assisting with a few issues on the backend.
I'm incredibly impressed with Opus Cart Upsell! The app has exceeded our expectations in every way. The seamless integration with Transcy for multi-currency and text translation capabilities was a key factor in our decision to switch from our previous cart solution, and it's working perfectly. What truly sets this app apart is their exceptional customer support. Special mention to Vivian, who provided outstanding assistance with customizing our cart to match our exact needs. She helped us implement custom CSS for font matching and went above and beyond to help replicate specific design elements we were looking for.

I started using it, and it helped me a lot with the functions, but I needed more to make it the way I wanted, and for that I contacted the support team who developed the best way to help with my business, very happy with Lulla who helped me and had quick responses to make everything very dynamic and effective, the application is great, whatever you want to add, support will contact you to make the application perfectly the way you want, and because it is free this is phenomenal, I'm very pleased and happy with everything the support I had, from the beginning until now, which I continue to use in my operation, thank you very much!

One of the best support teams out there. I tried many apps to accomplish what I wanted to show in the cart drawer and only the Opus app was able to get it done. Its working wonderfully, increasing AOV and doing it automatically. Again, their support team is fantastic. Shout out to Lulla!
