I recently experienced an issue where discounts were not showing correctly in the cart when adding bulk products from my custom-built page. Even though it happened right before Black Friday — one of the busiest times of the year — the Opus Cart support team responded incredibly fast and resolved the problem quickly. I’m genuinely impressed with their efficiency, professionalism, and willingness to help, even under pressure. Excellent support — highly recommended!
