I’ve had such a great experience with the Opus app, but what really impressed me the most was the amazing support team. A huge thank you to LULLA and KHANG – they immediately understood where the problem was and patiently guided me through it. The issue turned out to be on my side (I wasn’t logged in with the correct email ), but they were so kind and patient while waiting for me to sort that out. Once I gave them access, they fixed everything super quickly. What I loved most was the speed and ease of communication – no unnecessary formalities or endless emails. Just a respectful, friendly, and straight-to-the-point approach that made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the support I received – it makes me even more confident in using Opus long-term!

Great app! Works nicely with quantity breaks. Lulla and Mia were a huge help to get some fine details (appearance and features) working.

Great app with good price point comparing to similar apps in the space. Good customer service and most importantly it doesn’t conflict with other apps you have installed for your cart drawer, its a must have for any ecom store imho！

This app has everything we were looking for. The design is neat and user-friendly, and the support team is incredibly helpful.
