Outstanding work. Amazing how Vivian helped us out with every change that we needed in the cart. It was so quickly done too. They’re great I wouldn’t choose another team over Opus.

The customer support at Opus is next level, they are always patient and they make sure they help you out to the best of their ability even if the problem seems really technical or hard. I was really pleased to be helped by Vivian and Ryan in the developer side, the work they do is really A+ and I will even want to have them in my personal store because of how good they do their work. Never imagined Opus will have developers at their disposed, many apps when the problem is really technical they always follow up with your problem and it even takes days to get resolved but in Opus their developers are like customer support agents that they are available whenever needed. Very much recommended app way better than UpCart too and the cart drawer even looks better and is more customizable!

Vivian from Opus Cart Upsell has been absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to help me set up and customize the app to fit my store perfectly. Her responses were fast, clear, and super friendly — she made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The app itself works great and has already improved our upsell conversions, but what really stands out is the quality of support. Having someone as attentive and knowledgeable as Vivian makes a huge difference. Highly recommend both the app and the team behind it!

Fantastic Support. For now, I haven't used the app too much because I needed some assistance while getting everything set up, so I contacted support and they replied almost immediately and helped me solve the issues I was having super fast. Aside from that, which is already great, the app settings are easy to understand and the layout is great, plus it seems to do almost everything I currently need.

This app is super useful and truly the best in the market! The Opus Cart has significantly improved our store's conversion rates and the slide cart feature works flawlessly. They responded quickly to all my questions, were incredibly patient in walking me through the setup process, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was configured perfectly for our store. I've tested multiple cart drawer apps on the market and Opus offers the best performance-customizasion-support-price ratio. There are a wide variaty of features offered, with custom cart display settings based on customer tags, multilingual, auto-discounts and on top, customer support is super responsive, flexible, friendly and finds solutions to all sort of requests. Really happy with it! Thank you, Beeter, for all your help in the past weeks. :)
