I have never see such a good support! I can highly recommend this app, especially because of the excellent customer support from Mia Dev and Lucas from Shopify.

So happy I found this app. Amazing support by Lulla and David – they are able to customize a lot of things. The app gives a ton of control and I'm very excited to see how this will affect AOV and conversions.

Just testing this sticky cart to replace the one we use on the live site and had a couple of design questions. Vivian in their support team resolved everything in 5 minutes, including custom CSS. Great team to deal with and a great sticky cart app.

Great app, very easy to use. A small error caused by another app was immediately fixed by Lulla and the developer David. They were both extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process. Truly a wonderful app and an amazing team. Many thanks to Lulla and David!

I’ve had such a great experience with the Opus app, but what really impressed me the most was the amazing support team. A huge thank you to LULLA and KHANG – they immediately understood where the problem was and patiently guided me through it. The issue turned out to be on my side (I wasn’t logged in with the correct email ), but they were so kind and patient while waiting for me to sort that out. Once I gave them access, they fixed everything super quickly. What I loved most was the speed and ease of communication – no unnecessary formalities or endless emails. Just a respectful, friendly, and straight-to-the-point approach that made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the support I received – it makes me even more confident in using Opus long-term!

Great app with good price point comparing to similar apps in the space. Good customer service and most importantly it doesn’t conflict with other apps you have installed for your cart drawer, its a must have for any ecom store imho！
