I’ve had such a great experience with the Opus app, but what really impressed me the most was the amazing support team. A huge thank you to LULLA and KHANG – they immediately understood where the problem was and patiently guided me through it. The issue turned out to be on my side (I wasn’t logged in with the correct email ), but they were so kind and patient while waiting for me to sort that out. Once I gave them access, they fixed everything super quickly. What I loved most was the speed and ease of communication – no unnecessary formalities or endless emails. Just a respectful, friendly, and straight-to-the-point approach that made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Great app with good price point comparing to similar apps in the space. Good customer service and most importantly it doesn’t conflict with other apps you have installed for your cart drawer, its a must have for any ecom store imho！
