Just testing this sticky cart to replace the one we use on the live site and had a couple of design questions. Vivian in their support team resolved everything in 5 minutes, including custom CSS. Great team to deal with and a great sticky cart app.

I’ve had such a great experience with the Opus app, but what really impressed me the most was the amazing support team. A huge thank you to LULLA and KHANG – they immediately understood where the problem was and patiently guided me through it. The issue turned out to be on my side (I wasn’t logged in with the correct email ), but they were so kind and patient while waiting for me to sort that out. Once I gave them access, they fixed everything super quickly. What I loved most was the speed and ease of communication – no unnecessary formalities or endless emails.
