I used the app before and help a lot, but know is over the top. One has to dedicate a bit of time to understand it and make it work. If not you can chat at night time with the help team and they are super. They help me solve all issues. A youtube channel step by step explaining how everything works will help. Chandni was the best

This application broke down leaving my store in chaos. When I contacted the team i was told twice it had been fixed and I am still unable to reinstall the app and have had zero assistance. Such a shame as I have used this app for many years and am now very disappointed.

it works very good, a few feature on customization and page placement are missing but the customer support is AMAZING!!! the help you can get is great and they work very very fast!!!!

CHAT atendimento nota mil! Estou gostando do APP, porém fiquei muito limitada ao usar o calendário no produto que é importante para mim. Ele não funciona com todos Add-ons e tem apresentado ainda muitas falhas. Não consigo entender porque em alguns campos (pedido/e-mail), após o pedido finalizado ele fica com os códigos de formatação e não atualiza a formatação de data, horário, etc... fica muito confuso. Porém um destaque ao "excelente atendimento" de CHANDNI SHARMA, que tem me ajudado a acertar muitas coisas. Tenho a esperança que possam melhorar a cada dia, pois as opções do APP são excelentes!! Just finished the install process, support team are great and very responsive. The app functionality is what we have been looking for in a calendar (on product pages) for a while.

Great app. I own a local flowershop and a flower delivery service and this app has really helped with managing orders. The Google Calender sync is also incredibly helpful! Customer support is also helpful and fast to respond :)

It is a user friendly and reliable app for managing the delivery date and time of our food order. It can also sync the delivery detail and set the time on google calendar. It helps a lot on my catering business. Also the CS team provide quick response to my question :) Great support and quick response!!

Superb customer service. Ran into an unplanned issue with the alignment of the app caused by my theme and not the actual app, got on a chat with Mayank and it was fixed in less than 10 minutes. He also answered my additional unrelated questions. A+. Thank you guys!

Somehow, in the last couple of months the App works when it wants to, we always miss orders tags, it gave us a whole lot more to work instead of simplifying our workflow. And the devs general response is that on their side works, but what about on our side?
