Thank you Subiksha. Vinduja in particular helped me with an extremely complex setup issue which took over 2 hours to resolve. She was incredibly patient & also took the time to train me on some aspect so that we could be self-sufficient in the future. Due to the complexity of our needs, she has also pre-emptively raised an issue that occurred during testing that I would not have notice. I love that they orders get automatically tagged with the date of pickup / local delivery. Hugely helpful for managing delivery days. Very appreciated!
