I've had a fantastic experience with Pickeasy. I ran into a few issues when I first set it up, but the support team was absolutely amazing. They responded quickly, took the time to understand the problem, and helped me get everything working perfectly. Now that it's all set up, I'm really impressed with how many features the app offers—especially on the free plan. It has everything I need, is easy to use, and has made managing my store so much simpler. A huge thank you to the support team for their patience and excellent customer service. Great customer service from Barath. All my issues were addressed.
Our Sourdough delivery website needed a bunch of time/product/pincode bound customisations, and Mr.Vignesh guided us through each process very patiently. Very polite and smart guy, recommend the service !
Barath was very helpful. He not only fixed the issue but explained everything as he was going.
Subiksha was really patient and helpful with the problem I had she was quick to respond and helped me all the way through until it got solved.

I completely understand your frustration. If you are telling you that your website is not working, that is a serious issue, and we should have treated it with the urgency it deserved. I personally reviewed the conversation and the issue you reported. I understand that you were already facing this for several days, and when you reached out again, we were not able to get immediate access to our development team during our midnight hours. That is not an excuse, and I take full responsibility for the delay and the poor experience this caused you. I also understand why you chose to uninstall the app and request a refund. Before you move away from Pickeasy completely, I would genuinely appreciate one opportunity to make this right. If you are open to it, I will personally handle your case from here. Our team will review the issue end to end, identify the exact cause, and make sure the app is working correctly on both desktop and mobile for your store. I can also arrange a live call or screen-share session so we can troubleshoot this transparently and resolve it properly. Our goal is not just to retain you as a customer, but to earn back your trust. Your experience was not the standard we aim for, and I am sorry that we let you down. Please let me know if you are willing to give us one final opportunity to fix this. If yes, I will personally coordinate with you and our technical team until the issue is fully resolved. Vignesh was absolutely amazing! He helped me solve a complicated Shopify pickup and delivery issue and stayed with me for nearly 1.5 hours until everything was working perfectly. His responses were so quick that I genuinely thought I was talking to an AI at first! He was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and determined to find a solution.
