Vignesh was absolutely amazing! He helped me solve a complicated Shopify pickup and delivery issue and stayed with me for nearly 1.5 hours until everything was working perfectly. His responses were so quick that I genuinely thought I was talking to an AI at first! He was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and determined to find a solution. Pickeasy is an app that does exactly what it is supposed to do. It is very customisable and has the basic features we require. Two times I've run into issues and both times the issue was resolved within 12 hours. Note that the app language is not the same as the language on the website. It is possible to make your own translations to other languages.

Wonderful customer service with very qualified technicians. They even helped me customize emails to the clients after fixing what I called about. There are limitations to Shopify's interface with their app, which is hard to work around, but they helped me with the best possible solution.

dont depend that they will support you , sent an urgent request from 24 hours and no reply till now

Thank you so much Manaz for helping me today during our Zoom call. I was having issues with the app where it wasn't showing the date and time in a few places.
