This app is perfect for my business that does pop up shops where customers can pickup presale items and also ships diretly to non local customers. Manaz was very helpful and spent all the time needed to answer my questions and help make sure everything was set up perfectly. He went above and beyond and even helped with appearances on my theme.

Manaz was very helpful in getting Pickeasy set up for our plant nursery store to allow our customers to select a date and time for pickup. He made additional suggestions that were helpful to make our site and customer experience better.

Subiksha was very quick and helpful with the setting up process. The experience was very smooth and easy. The app looks very clean and fixed our checkout issues from the previous app whereby customers could still checkout without selecting a delivery or pickup option. After setting up, Vinduja helped me set up the rates with a lot of patience. We are still in the trial stage, but with the experience thus far, we would certainly continue with this app.

This app is the only way I am able to run a flower shop and properly manage pickup/delivery options on this platform. Support is extremely helpful and fast. Highly recommended.

The customer service by Logbase has been exceptional! I was running into minor issues with the app integrating to my website and Manav at Pickeasy was incredibly helpful and addressed everything over a simple zoom call. Very grateful that the customer service is built into the app and have basically a 24hr service with zoom call options and more. Very impressed!
