Updated review -- I tried really hard to make it work since I really like what they've built. That said, while Pickeasy support was initially very responsive and made several efforts to help us with our issue, ultimately it couldn't be resolved between Pickeasy and Shopify, so we were forced to find an alternative. After upgrading in Shopify, the CCS API still wasn't communicating with Pickeasy and each support team kept passing me back and forth to the other. I also was unable to chat the support team after a few days and they didn't respond to my last email.

I've had to make about 5 or 6 zoom calls to get errors fixed.. we've had to delay our launch twice now because of errors, I'm still waiting on this to be fixed? Can someone please get back to me asap! If I hadn't invested so much time into this app I'd be changing...

Waste of time. App doesn't even support transferring addresses to google calendar. Your time is better spent somewhere else.
