Pickup Delivery Date Pickeasy

We have had a couple of issues with using the App but the online support team are very helpful and quick to resolve any issues.

Very helpful app with good customer service.

The app is a little complicated for inexperienced users. The support team is sometimes hard to reach and can take days to resolve issues. But when you get the right agent, everything works quite well. Dhina helped me again today, and they were fantastic. I wish everyone on the support team could be that generous, professional, and helpful!

First day installing and finding my way around has been great - with Barath's help and quick understanding to show me how to orientate myself. Looking forward to seeing how it improves my workflow, thank you. I'm not certain it will be suitable for me as I need to restrict item orders by day, which it can't currently help with, but I will see how I get on as the other improvements are really beneficial.

This is a great app if you don't want to be in full control of your food business and not use any delivery service just yet. It was glitching at first and wasn't showing up for customers until they refreshed two times. However, I asked them to fix it and they did.

It is really helpful to have orders scheduled. However the app is buggy, whenever a customer changes the quantity, the pickeasy option disappears and therefore unable to schedule it. Also, if an order is coming through Shop it will not take work with pickeasy. Otherwise I would have given a 5 stars.

Would be great to integrate a feature that lets you add the delivery date to packing slip. Otherwise a great app with good features and fast online support.

App needs some improvement. to get more user friendly, However, the customer service is awesome specially Kavandish he helped me a lot easy time saving and straight to the point. Jennifer is also super helpful and easy to work with. she helped me to have all the features I want.

Easy to setup! Also the support was fast and clear. Would recommend!

Dhina was absolutely amazing and patient with me. Purely based on his service and patience, I'll definitely give Pickeasy a go.

The customer service response is quick and they are patient and thorough. Annie fixed my issue and helped me configure something to better work for me. Very happy with customer service! The app is intuitive and easy to use but I still had to contact support on some stuff. Pick-up customers are also asked to enable their location services which seems like an unnecessary step for a pick-up customer. For those reasons I give the app 4 stars, but the customer service is a 10.
