Bindu was very helpful! I had around 4 issues I needed help with. Unfortunately, 1 is beyond her control but for the rest of my questions, she was able to answer. Most importantly, she was very thorough and went above in beyond! She answered my questions and was 3 steps ahead in making sure everything is working fine.
