I had a unique situation with very specific pickup dates and locations, and I was so grateful that Pickeasy offered a Zoom meeting to walk me through it. Jennifer was amazing—she patiently showed me exactly how to set things up and even went above and beyond by helping with other details like helping me set my delivery and pickup fee. Her support made everything so much easier, and I left the call feeling confident about using the app. Later, I had a new question and set up another Zoom where Barath was very helpful as well.
