I recently started using the Pickeasy app on Shopify, and the experience so far has been very positive. The support team has been incredibly responsive and proactive in resolving any issues I encountered during setup. A special mention goes to Subiksha, who was exceptionally patient and helpful throughout the process. She went above and beyond by guiding me through the entire setup via a Zoom call, even taking the time to configure all my shipping settings to ensure everything was working smoothly. Her hands-on assistance made what could have been a complicated process feel straightforward and stress-free. The app itself is user-friendly and integrates well with my store, making order management and shipping much more efficient. It’s clear that the Pickeasy team is committed to customer success, not just through the app’s functionality but also through their outstanding support.
