Its a great app for us. It shows estimated date of delivery which we can configure from their app which provides great visibility to customer while buying. The new interface makes it easier for us to configure and shows rich snippets to customer while purchasing. The team was really helpful is assisting us with the set up. We have been using it for over a year now.

I think this app has increased my conversion rate already! The delivery estimate and countdown timer really gives customers the incentive or urgency to purchase. The support is very responsive and I appreciate that the developer has custom coded for me to ensure that I have the right days.

Great app, simple to use, the support is great. I have been using it for almost 2 years now and it has worked fine. I would just like to have the option of assigning different delivery dates to variants within the same product.
Sorry but I had a major issue with the app not recognising Saturday and Sunday as not working days. Support did not seem to understand my issue and the tone of language in the emails was very abrupt as if they were right and I was wrong! Gave up in the end as did they. Just told me it was my logic at fault
I've reached out to their development team numerous times about the order delivery date not being displayed on the order confirmation page. I have customers constantly reaching out requesting this information. At first I was told that the information was there, then I ran a test and saw that it wasn't. I reached out to them numerous times over a month-long period. They finally contacted me and told me that it wasn't there after saying that it was and offering to make the changes. They said that they would send a collaborator request to make the changes. No request ever came. Then I reached out to them again. This time they told me that the change would be available in a future release and that they didn't have a release date. I asked them if they could make the change since they already told me that they would. Still haven't heard anything back. Their customer service isn't great and you shouldn't have to constantly follow up with them. Especially after they told me that the delivery date was on the confirmation page, then told me they would make the change, and now waiting on a release date....
Its a good app that looks smart but it has some major flaws: 1) It counts Saturday and Sunday as a delivery day even if you have Saturday and Sunday as a non-working day. This means that if a customer places an order on Friday and you have a 3-day delivery window it states Monday as the delivery day when it should be Wednesday. 2) You can't change the placement of where the delivery estimate appears on the product page and it appears too close to the product body text. I believe further coding is required for this but I am not a coder. I have written to the developer twice on the above points and support is slow and not very helpful. I'm still waiting 3-days later for a response to my last email.

Just what I needed to inform my customers. People want to know when to get their products. Want to use in all my shops.
Why can't the list of products be sort by old/new? Or can we have list of pages? page 1, page 2, instead of only NEXT. I have thousand of products, and when i click next few times, it come back to the first page.
Simple setup and easy to understand. This app is very helpful to set an ETA for my customers for them to know when their product will arrive. Recommended.
i've just tried the free version! it is ok but there are some bugs as it disapear from time to time from the store... i'm still trying it
They are trying to integrate with the customer account we're using. Helpful and support that help so much. They're quick responding. We hope that business go well so we can pay plan, that can automatically send email out to our clients. Thanks guys so much for working on it.
It is a basic order delivery estimate app which says "delivered within X days" but if your item sells out and you allow backorders/preorders, this will not work. Great potential since they said that they are working on a solution on this. However, I really do think that support can be improved. Looking forward to your new features that will include that function.
I wrote to customer service to help me put the Spanish language in the application and yes, they added it but more than 20 days after I wrote and they even added a mandatory subscription of US $ 2.00 per month just for the translation from English to Spanish . It is something absurd I feel disappointed I will uninstall the application ...
In this day and age, all customers want to know when to expect their order to arrive. This app is easy to configure and does it's job. Thank you for offering it. We love it.
