Excellent product and the customer support is absolutely PHENOMENAL. Paul, Cheryl and everyone I've had the pleasure of being in contact with at Order Desk support has been exceptionally responsive and has answered my questions and helped me customize my store perfectly. I could not be more pleased with Order Desk.

I was going to hire an employee to do this stuff - and instead I got Order Desk. Easily one of the best software experiences that I have ever had. Great product. Simple, relatively intuitive interface. Infinitely customiseable. Fantastic support team who help to ensure its set up and working as efficiently as possible for your business. Order Desk is a super smart and intuitive app for your business back end. We automated our whole store's order import, organization and fulfilment using the app. Don't expect it to be easy, the app has a lot of options and things to learn to operate properly but their documentation and support are exceptional. Highly Recommended

PROS 1. We've been using Order Desk for 4 years. Functionally, works well. 2. Their support is very attentive to any issues and responds back quickly with good quality responses. CONS 1. They double bill us hundreds of dollars a year. We import thousands of orders from our print-on-demand customers. The flow is such that it goes to one 'store' and then needs to be copied to a 'main store'. This doubles the amount of orders and doubles the amount Order Desk charges us. Their support says there is no other way. At this point, switching over all our customers to another platform would be very expensive in time and money. I wish we knew this from the start. 2. Their support wont do the actual setup steps for you. On complex flows with hundreds of customers, you have to do it while they hold your hand.

This app is absolutely amazing. Actually, it is not only the app. It is customer service. Nowadays, you have tons of apps to choose from, and in my opinion, what makes the difference is the support. Order Desk offers an OUTSTANDING customer service, and everyone in the team goes the way and beyond trying to help and accommodate your needs. I was terrified to change connectors as we have a quite complicated operation, and we deal with several different marketplaces other than Shopify, but they surpassed our expectations. The fact they did not offer phone support was the reason why I almost did not go with them, but I decided to give it a try, and honestly, their email support is one of the most efficient and fast supports I have experienced, so I am delighted. Highly Recommend!!!

Amazing app! Order Desk allows you to easily create flexible custom logic to solve specific problems for your business. In contrast to other apps that offer a fixed set of features or require a developer for customizations, Order Desk has an intuitive rule builder that allows you to create custom workflows to meet specific needs. Customer Service is A+, they go above and beyond to help you reach your goals (shout out to Yambo!). All in all, very pleased with this app.

Firstly - almost no other apps or services do what Order Desk does. It can stitch together anything to anything (different selling channels <> different fulfillment providers, on-demand printers, etc.). You can craft unique rules for each instance and the platform keeps great logs. There is a bit of a learning curve, but once you 'get it', you get it and it is like a box of legos... you can build whatever you can imagine. My favorite part of Order Desk is the support. They were AMAZING when we tried to setup our brand's super odd and different requirements. They helped us debug and test and made recommendations. When one of our main on-demand partners had a MAJOR technical glitch (but wouldn't admit it), Order Desk devs were there to troubleshoot - and talked directly to the on-demand printer to fix the API. Fantastic communication, transparency and an all around great attitude. High fives to Louie, Katie and Pieter over there at Order Desk. You guys rock!

We struggled for years without an OMS and none of the ones I had trialed ever had the flexibility we needed or would pull over the required line item properties from Shopify for our highly customized products. Order Desk checked all of the boxes we needed and for only a fraction the cost of their competitors. The value you get is definitely worth much more than what they charge. I can say without hesitation that Order Desk has completely transformed our business over the last year. Their rules system is so incredibly flexible. I've got about 130 different rules currently and it keeps growing as our business needs grow. The rule system is definitely the heart of the product and it's amazing. Their support team is also top notch and very responsive. I think I ask them at least once a week about some logic on setting up a new rule or requesting to have them develop a new integration with another service we use. They have been incredible and I have nothing but praise for their product and team.

I wish I'd found Order Desk 2 years ago! The customization and level automation possible is saving so much time, and removing the possibility of human error in a lot of repetitive processes. Each time I've reached out to support with questions about getting everything set up, their responses have been prompt and incredibly helpful. I really can't speak highly enough of our experience so far with Order Desk.

OrderDesk has become a necessity for our store. I can't recommend it enough! It's helped us pull off a number of things that otherwise would have been impossible. We use OrderDesk to decide where to fulfill products based on customers' shipping addresses. Using Amazon FBA in Canada, UK, Japan, and Australia, this means we can automatically route orders to those specific fulfillment methods automatically. Since we can do this, we offer free shipping in all of those countries. We also use it to pull off special bundle offers and other things like that. On top of being a great app, the support is top-notch. Super helpful in figuring out our unique needs!

Phenomenal, powerful and infinitely customizable, I cannot praise Order Desk enough. It has become the hub of our multi-channel business. Its intuitive rule system gives us near limitless automation options allowing us to put so much of our order/shipment flow on autopilot, as well as build in logic that greatly eliminates the possibility of human error. Their API lets us plug our orders into our entire software stack (including our transactional emails, marketing & accounting). The included scripting language lets us configure our invoices and emails to the finest detail. You need to be prepared to put in the work to set it up, but once you have it really does feel like a bespoke-built solution. Furthermore the support is excellent, fast and well connected to the development team, meaning many support tickets that involve dev work get seen to within days, not months. I look forward to their monthly update email, always announcing a slew of new features and integrations (in very well written, amusing copy I might add). Thank you, team Order Desk!

We can't say enough good things about the Order Desk team and app. We've been using it for several years with our previous shopping cart, and now with Shopify. When we first started using Order Desk, we had tried other apps and none of them could meet our needs. Order Desk made it happen. Now, I couldn't imagine running our store without this app. The migration to Shopify has required some changes, and no matter how many questions we have or how much assistance we need, the fantastic Order Desk team has been immediately responsive, helping us find a solution every time. Very happy!

This App is amazing. The customer service is outstanding. If you want to grow larger than just a small store and have multiple fulfillment centers and sales channels, this is the app you need. We are very please with the capabilities and ongoing support. Also new features are released at times that it seems we really need them. Thank you!!!!

Really great tool if you run multiple shops with different processes. Very flexible to configure and great to integrate with other services. But the best part is their customer service. I lack the proper words to express how great that support is. Huge thumbs up!
