We added Order Editing app to enhance customer experience post-purchase and allow customers to edit their orders instead of going through customer service which can create frustration. And this app allows to do that in a very seamless and integrated way at the checkout thank you pag. It legit looks like a Shopify section. And cherry on the cake, you can offer people the opportunity to add products to their order which is an incredible and easy way to boost AOV and add additional free revenue :) Plus the team is super friendly and support/communication is top notch.
