This App, Order Editing, has been a lifesaver for us. I also need to mention that the CEO was personally involved in supporting us and was available multiple times with great follow-up to get us to the point we needed to be at. We were able to complete almost a thousand pre-orders with their help. Highly recommended. We also tried two other apps, and the tech was bad, features were removed without warning, and the support was poor. Kudos to Order Editing for a great product and a great user experience.

Great app - increased AOV during our limited edition release by 11.4%. Has also helped reduce one of the more time consuming Customer Service issues = address changes. Easy onboarding from Erin and the team too. They've been helpful every step of the way.

This app has been great in allowing customers more flexibility to edit their own orders. It has saved our customer service team a lot of work, especially during busy promotions. We've had a few integration issues due to other tech, however, the Order Editing team have always been super responsive, helpful, and hardworking to find the right solution for us.

This app has been a game-changer for our store. Beyond letting customers easily edit their orders, it seamlessly handles upsells while integrating with CIN7 inventory management. Keira even configured multi-warehouse inventory routing, allowing us to serve different markets with a wide product catalog, no split shipments, no customer service headaches. Nice work.

Order Editing is incredibly user-friendly, allowing customers to self-manage their orders, which has saved our support team so much time. Most importantly, the upsell features have driven a clear increase in our AOV. The onboarding experience was just as impressive; Erin was knowledgeable, informative, and made the setup a breeze. We switched to this app from Cleverific and i'm so glad we did - it contains a lot more features, looks great aesthetically on the thank you page and saves a ton of time in reducing customer support tickets - especially adding discount codes and extra items post purchase. Support is amazing with Jacques giving me an individual online training session and then patiently answering all my questions after that. Highly recommended!

Jacques was extremely helpful and proactive. Order Editing has had a huge impact on the amount of customer service enquiries coming through, and we've had great feedback from our customers who love being able to update their order themselves when they've made a mistake or they want to add more products. We've also had great results with the upsell component which has been fantastic.

We were using another app before this, but every brand I shopped with seemed to be using Order Editing. Naturally, I had major FOMO, so I decided to give it a try… and it was love at first edit. It’s only been a few weeks, and it has already saved our team hundreds of support tickets. My favourite feature is the upsells, especially the free shipping threshold upsell. IYKYK. They’ve been converting ridiculously well since we made the move, and we were even able to ditch our separate upsell app completely. Yes, the tech is amazing and the integration was seamless. But the real difference is the team. Their support is next level. You can tell they genuinely care about building the best product possible and actually driving ROI for their customers. That’s been clear in the results we’ve achieved in such a short amount of time. If you want to free up your team’s time, increase AOV, and improve your CX, Order Editing is the way to go.
