We’ve had an outstanding experience with Order Editing and their team. The app itself has saved us a tremendous amount of customer service time by allowing customers to make simple changes to their own orders without needing to contact support. That alone has made a huge operational difference for our business. What really sets them apart, though, is their support team. We had a fairly difficult integration with some unique challenges and third-party systems, and their team was consistently responsive, patient, and proactive every step of the way. They always replied quickly, took the time to understand the issues, and genuinely went above and beyond to help us get everything working properly. It’s rare to find an app company this invested in their customers’ success. We would absolutely recommend Order Editing to other Shopify stores looking to improve the customer experience while reducing support workload.

The app is excellent. We're seeing benefits from more accurate order data and upsells. Customer support and set-up is very strong. Erin was extremely helpful and always quick to reply. We've already rolled out onto two further sites.

less time spent on "can you fix my address for me" means I get to spend that much more time on more complex issues. and that's invaluable for us. this helps increase CSAT across the board. less moments where we can't catch an order before it goes out and more bandwidth to help customers who many times need a creative solution that I can come up with when I'm not speed running through the basic stuff. time is the real currency saver here. love this service (and the people have been more than a pleasure to work with given our setup is a little more complex than an average store)

So pleased we have installed this app on our sites. We were constantly getting changes of address or changes to orders, which were soaking up our time, and made it complicated for our 3PL warehouse to search orders to make changes after they flowed through. This app gives our customers a 30 minute window, in a very nice editing screen (built via Shopify) where they get an opportunity to make changes to their order address (so many people forget to update their addresses after they move houses), and our customers can swap their items (at the same or higher value), and add extra items to their cart after the original purchase. This app has saved our team so much time - especially in our Black Friday promo's. Paul is super skilled in getting this all set up and we appreciate the support we have received from the team at Order Edit.

The OrderEditing team have been so so helpful, especially Erin. The app has saved our customer services team so much time and aggro, and despite having a very difficult product niche, Erin has worked tirelessly to help with upsells and get us earning more and recommending the correct products to the right people. I cannot recommend this tool enough!

Order Editing has been a game changer for our CX team giving customers the option to make address corrections, update shades or changes before fulfillment starts. Before our CX team would have to deal with 1000s of emails a month requesting order changes. Beyond that the upsell and add-ons have contributed to meaningful revenue. As a bonus, the Order Editing has been beyond helpful in getting things set up, responsive to making adjustments that are unique to our store and how we run offers, and all around great to work with.

Since installing, tickets for address changes and order edits have dropped, and we have the post-purchase upsell running. But the real value for us is that this feels less like a standard software tool and more like an agency. Jacques and the team are in there suggesting improvements and then helping with implementation. Amazing team. Can't recommend it enough.

OrderEditing has been amazing! As a business, we index heavily on ROI when onboarding a software like this. It's a no brainer small fixed monthly fee to generate 10x that in upsell revenue and reduce CS ticket volume by 20% simultaneously. Upsell revenue now makes up about 2% of our revenue, which may not seem like a lot but it's massive. Shout out to Jacques for being an awesome account manager as well.

One month in and we have zero complaints. Intuitive, easy to navigate, and Paul and the team made sure we were set up for success from day one. Integrates smoothly with SellerCloud and holds up exceptionally well during peak periods and major product launches. Having tried plenty of other apps, this one is a clear step above. This App, Order Editing, has been a lifesaver for us. I also need to mention that the CEO was personally involved in supporting us and was available multiple times with great follow-up to get us to the point we needed to be at. We were able to complete almost a thousand pre-orders with their help. Highly recommended. We also tried two other apps, and the tech was bad, features were removed without warning, and the support was poor. Kudos to Order Editing for a great product and a great user experience.

Great app - increased AOV during our limited edition release by 11.4%. Has also helped reduce one of the more time consuming Customer Service issues = address changes. Easy onboarding from Erin and the team too. They've been helpful every step of the way.

This app has been great in allowing customers more flexibility to edit their own orders. It has saved our customer service team a lot of work, especially during busy promotions. We've had a few integration issues due to other tech, however, the Order Editing team have always been super responsive, helpful, and hardworking to find the right solution for us.
