We currently run order editing across both our NZ and AU Shopify stores, and this app has closed a real gap in Shopify's native address validation, reducing failed deliveries and support tickets. The upsell widget's been a great bonus too such an easy, no-dev-effort way to lift AOV. Would definitely recommend!

This app is a game changer for a few reasons: it improves the customer experience by letting customers make last minute edits to their order (yes, even after they've paid), it upsells products at checkout to lift AOV, and it improves address validation. Best of all, the team moves fast when global requirements change. They rolled out support for the EU withdrawal requirements within 48 hours of notification, keeping us compliant without missing a beat. We've had an excellent experience with this app from day one. The onboarding process was one of the best we've experienced. It was smooth, well-supported, and incredibly easy to get up and running. The app itself is simple for both our team and customers to use. Solid, robust upsell platform implementation was super easy, especially with a dedicated, hands-on after hours support from Hamish. He is smart, did the work to understand how to optimize all conversions across the board, did the implementation. Revenue on upsells are up by 30% approximately.

This is a great app that allows you to make more of your customers happy! In the past, our team struggled with keeping up with customer support emails when customers emailed in right after purchasing, needing to change their address or size. Installing order editing immediately cut down our customer support tickets by at least 50% overnight, since customers can make these changes themselves now. Our internal team is quite small, so the time saved + customer happiness is such a big win. On top of that, Jacques gets on a call with me before every drop to review our marketing strategies & clearly puts a lot of time and effort into making things go smoothly and we get the outcome we want. That kind of service is unheard of, and we really appreciate the effort and impact it's had on our business. Order editing is now a must have for us, my only regret is that we didn't find it sooner!
