The best app to help reduce wrong address, this app has saved us $$$$ on the customer service team. Wrong addresses were one of the biggest pain points having to change before the order was sent out. This app saved us and the kicker is the up-sell feature as well. The app support team is out of this world super helpful don’t sleep on this app it’s the best investment you’ll make.

Order editing has been an excellent addition to our tech stack. In just one week, we’ve seen a significant reduction in requests from customers to change order details. Plus, it has already proven to be a strong return on investment, with the upsell function generating additional revenue. The app is supported by a phenomenal team. A special shout-out to Paul Goldston - a true superstar, who ensured our integration was seamless and handled every detail with exceptional care. We’re extremely grateful for his support. Hamish and the team have created a no brainer solution which saves us thousands of dollars in customer service time and has helped us steadily increase AOV since implementation. Any issues we have had have been resolved immediately with action from their team. Highly recommend this app!

OE has been a real game changer for our store. From the beginning, Lachie and Paul made the whole process seamless. They’re quick to respond, great to deal with, and genuinely care about making things easy for their customers. The app itself was simple to set up and has had an immediate impact. We’ve seen a huge drop in customer service tickets, which has freed up our team to focus on other priorities while giving our customers more flexibility and control. Highly recommend!

Essential app with an outstanding team behind it! We’ve been using Order Editing for a while now and honestly can’t imagine running our store without it. In our industry, we rely heavily on pre-orders, and there’s often a window between purchase and shipping when customers want to add products or make changes. Thanks to OE, they can do this themselves — without any extra work for our support team. What makes this app truly powerful is not just the ability to add products, but also the ease of proactive upselling and giving customers control to update their address or other options. It leads to fewer tickets, more revenue, and a much smoother experience overall. And let’s not forget the team behind it — absolutely stellar. The follow-up and support we’ve received, even from the C-level team, has been exceptional. They truly listen, think along with you, and get things done. No idea how other shops manage without OE — for us, it became a core essential.

We are definitely seeing less questions in relation to managing customer orders and this is saving our customer service team much needed time to deal with more complex cases when they arise. Then considering the additional sales from the upsell tool, I don't know why it took so long to make the decision to add Order Editing to our site.

We’ve had an excellent experience using this app. Integration was seamless and it’s made a huge difference to our operations. It has significantly reduced the number of customer support requests we get for order changes, while also cutting down on address validation issues. One of the biggest benefits has been giving customers the ability to correct their address post-purchase, which has saved us a lot of time and avoided unnecessary delays to fulfilment and reduces RTS. The upsell feature has also been a great addition, it’s helped increase basket size and average order value in a really natural way. On top of that, the team behind the app have been fantastic to work with, always responsive and supportive whenever we’ve needed assistance. Overall, this app has added real value to our business and we highly recommend it.

Love this app! It's a total game-changer for our team! Saving us hours each week & reducing our manual workload! I love that it gives our customer control & flexibility, and provides them with an overall better experience post-purchase. Post purchase upsells are a nice bonus as well! Had such high hopes for this app but sadly it turned out to be a colossal waste of time. Spent weeks going back and forth on email and calls with Paul and the team trying to implement the app and its features into our store, running more than 10 test purchases and attempting to troubleshoot issues with their devs to no avail. After a week, finally they got the post-purchase upsells to start showing, but they were showing the wrong products at the wrong prices - going against all of the upsell rules and conditions we had set up. This app does not work even remotely as intended. A very frustrating experience.

I recognise how disruptive this must have been to your business operations, especially after weeks of troubleshooting.
