We've seen a tremendous decrease in customer support tickets since installing this app on our store. As site mainly used by customers for gift giving, we were running into many issues with customers accidentally shipping to themselves. Order Editing has helped with this problem. And we've seen great improvement with post purchase upsells too. Even better than the app is the truly extraordinary customer service. From scouting this app to installation to follow up, Hamish and Kiril have been incredibly helpful, responsive and personable. Highly recommend!

Our biggest pain point in customer service was customers blaming incorrect addresses and wrong item colors, despite multiple confirmation prompts during the order process. After implementing order editing, with exceptional support from Hamish and his team, this issue has almost completely disappeared. They seamlessly integrated the system with our 3PL and Shopify, ensuring everything worked perfectly from the start. Additionally, the ability to add upsells has generated thousands of dollars for our business within the first week alone. I can’t recommend this app enough!

The Order Editing App has made a huge impact on our customer support team by eliminating the need to manually handle order cancellations and edits. This used to take up a significant amount of time and resources, both in labor and cost. Beyond that, it’s helped streamline operations at our fulfillment center. Previously, we had to scramble to cancel fulfillment requests and often faced UPS rerouting fees when orders were canceled mid-shipment. The app has reduced those downstream headaches, which is a major win. There’s also a clear revenue benefit. We’ve seen a nice uptick in new revenue from customers adding items to their orders post-purchase, something we weren’t expecting but now fully appreciate. During peak shopping seasons like LDW—and with BFCM on the horizon—the ability to offer self-service edits is invaluable. With the volume of orders we process, this app ensures our team stays focused on high-value work rather than getting bogged down in manual order changes. Highly recommend this app for any brand that’s scaling or looking to drive operational efficiency while increasing revenue opportunities!

Order editing has saved us an insane amount of time and customers made use of it the same day we installed it. The team can focus more time on processing orders rather than small requests from customers when they want to change order details/items. Customers have also made use of the upsell feature (putting more cash in our pocket with 0 effort). Every Shopify website should be using Order Editing. Simple as.

We upgraded our transaction emails installing both Wonderment and then Order Editing - a leathal combination giving us immediate ROI. It's a no-brainer app to plug in. The team were very helpful during onboarding and the aftercare support equally as good. James Balance Coffee

Right from the first day this app has reduced the workload for our Customer Service team by allowing customers to change their order details. Also great support from Hamish to get us started. Only reason for giving 4 stars is because the order upsell features could be improved.

We’ve been using Order Editing to help our customers make post-purchase edits (shipping address, size changes, etc.) before fulfillment, and it has been a game-changer. The upsell feature has also helped us boost AOV while providing extra value to our customers. Working with Hamish and his team has been fantastic— they are super responsive and always quick to assist. Highly recommend this app for anyone looking to improve their post-purchase experience and drive additional revenue.

We were struggling with Order Updates not happening on time and customers being unhappy when that happend. This app fixed that for us. Was super easy to install, the tech team was brilliant, they got us up and running in 1 meeting. Love the App and the Team. Highly recommend.

We added Order Editing app to enhance customer experience post-purchase and allow customers to edit their orders instead of going through customer service which can create frustration. And this app allows to do that in a very seamless and integrated way at the checkout thank you pag. It legit looks like a Shopify section. And cherry on the cake, you can offer people the opportunity to add products to their order which is an incredible and easy way to boost AOV and add additional free revenue :) Plus the team is super friendly and support/communication is top notch. Recommend 100%
