OrderEditing has made a great addition to our stack. Particularly for managing address changes, cancellation and upsells from big pre-order campaigns. This is a great app that allows you to make more of your customers happy! In the past, our team struggled with keeping up with customer support emails when customers emailed in right after purchasing, needing to change their address or size. Installing order editing immediately cut down our customer support tickets by at least 50% overnight, since customers can make these changes themselves now. Our internal team is quite small, so the time saved + customer happiness is such a big win. On top of that, Jacques gets on a call with me before every drop to review our marketing strategies & clearly puts a lot of time and effort into making things go smoothly and we get the outcome we want. That kind of service is unheard of, and we really appreciate the effort and impact it's had on our business. Order editing is now a must have for us, my only regret is that we didn't find it sooner!

Great application that has helped us significantly reduce the number of customer support tickets. It offers a wide range of customization options and has been a great addition to our store. What truly stands out, however, is the support team. Our representative, Erin, has been exceptional throughout the entire process. She guided us through the setup, provided technical expertise whenever needed, and was always actively involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues we encountered. I wish I could give this app 10 stars. Order Editing has saved us countless hours, increased revenue, and offers far more flexibility than any similar app we've used on Shopify. We previously used Aftersell, and this solution is significantly more powerful and robust. The support team is exceptional—real people who are knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely care about helping merchants succeed. They had our store set up and running in minutes. Highly recommended.

The app is easy to setup, and has a lot of useful features. The upselling setting are really interesting and they work really well. We had a bug that was generating by some of our store settings and was resolved very fast by them on a direct call which was very awesome. The support chat is not really helpful, or maybe it was because I was on EU timezone and their team is located in US but after emailing they responded and resolved very fast. I really recommend their app.

We've had a wonderful experience with Order Editing and with their team. Our editing-related tickets dropped by over 80% and we're seeing a tremendous ROI from the upsell functionality. Wish I could give it 6 stars.
