Great app for upsells – has enabled us to really quickly drive incremental revenue in some quick set-up steps. Lots of options for various strategies across touchpoints. The team are incredibly helpful and friendly and keen to support across strategies, set-up and testing! Sometimes difficult to preview the flows but again the team are really helpful here and make sure everything is behaving as expected.

Great concept for an app and am sure it will grow and develop even further. Set up was easy and support from the team has been fantastic when needed, a couple of small teething issues but overall has largely reduced our customer service tickets for simple address changes

Right from the first day this app has reduced the workload for our Customer Service team by allowing customers to change their order details. Also great support from Hamish to get us started. Only reason for giving 4 stars is because the order upsell features could be improved.
