Order Editing has been a game-changer for us. It was seamless to integrate with step-by-step support of the Order Editing team. Not only has it helped our inbox, it puts the power back in the hands of the customer, so that panicked realization of the wrong address or size, can quickly and seamlessly be handled without having to wait for a response from CS. The bonus is the easy upsell post-purchase without feeling pushed on the customer! Easy 5 stars.

We've been using the Order Editing Shopify App and couldn't be happier with the results! The app is an absolute game-changer for our store. a team member brought this app up as a suggestion of a way to mitigate/minimize the amount of tickets we get regarding people entering their address wrong, ordering the wrong item, and so on. Packages going to the wrong address, people ordering incorrectly, etc...can be costly for us as a business, from a shipping/reverse logistics standpoint, and from the perspective of team hours spent dealing with these customer errors. When we installed Order Editing, there was a fair amount of tweaking that needed to be done to get it running and customer-facing, but Hamish and Kiril were absolute rockstars, totally dedicated to their product and helping their customers. Love working with teams that care to this level. Order Editing has helped cut down on tickets, and produced additional revenue through added products! Highly recommend!

Order Editing is a game changer. It's saved our customer service team 800 support tickets, running profitable just on upsells, and saved 500 customers from having their products to the wrong place... all in just 60 days. Can't believe this isn't a native Shopify feature. Onboarding and personal attention to us as merchants from the founders is fantastic and nothing is too hard for Hamish and the team. Absolute legends.

We've needed an app like this for years, as edits are the main reason for contacting our CS team. As a gifting business, plans change, and customers have high expectations. This app enables the customers to take ownership of quick edits, leaving our CS team to help customers with more complex changes and requests. The team at Order Editing are so hardworking and quick to respond, and always making improvements to their app. The customisations with Flow are super easy to set up. Also saves the hassle and money of having to cancel an order to edit. All round great app, customisable to your business.

Really love the Order Editing! Customers get the benefit of making adjustments needed in a very convenient and easy way within an hour of placing their order. So many times customers check out using a payment that has an old email address or shipping address but this app lets them make changes without having to reach out to customer service. The opportunity to add product to the order after checking out is awesome too! We love seeing the upsell revenue generated post purchase. And as a CX Manager, I appreciate how quickly we are able to get support when questions arise.

We utilize this to cut down on the number of edit/cancellation requests we receive and have definitely seen an improvement! Hamish and his team are really responsive and constantly making updates. Definitely recommend Order Editing for self-service edits and more!

"Great app with excellent customer support! This app has been a game-changer for us. It lets customers update their orders or shipping addresses themselves before we ship, which is a huge help since we work with international 3PLs and sometimes miss their emails before it's too late. Incredible app, how has no one thought of this before? We've saved ourselves hundreds of support tickets in the first month, can't wait to see what this does for us through Winter peak. Easy to setup with support from Hamish and the team who are super approachable when we've needed some help or tips on making the most of the app.

This app would be great if it actually worked. We had multiple customers cancel their orders and have it NOT come through on the back end, so we shipped the orders anyway. I reached out to customer support and was told it was fixed, only to have it happen again. This has cost us hundreds of dollars in product that isn't returned to us, and the cost of shipping/returns for the customers that DID return it. I don't trust that any part of this app is working.

We just got the app, I will update this review if issues arise but I must say. THIS APP IS A MUST, it will save you so many CS emails / live chats etc. Hamish is a good guy, I really wish him and this company the best. I am sad though shopify doesn't have the brains to do something like this. 10/10 GOATED WITH THE SAUCE

This app is incredible, and the founders' support is fantastic, too. We have been able to save a lot of hours on support tickets, and the app has also generated significant upsell revenue. The most important thing, it improves the customer experience! Highly recommended!
