In the 67 days we've worked with Order Editing, we have made $20k in upsell revenue, eliminated thousands of support tickets, and had great feedback from all collaborators company wide! Hamish, Kiril (and team) are a delight to work with and care as much as you do about succeeding. Cannot recommend them enough!

Hamish has been incredible to work with, he truly gives 100% every step of the way and walks you through everything in detail. Order Editing itself has been a game changer for our team, making it so much easier for customers to update their orders seamlessly. We are definitely seeing less questions in relation to managing customer orders and this is saving our customer service team much needed time to deal with more complex cases when they arise. Then considering the additional sales from the upsell tool, I don't know why it took so long to make the decision to add Order Editing to our site.

We’ve been using Order Editing for just over a month now and it’s been a game changer. Hundreds of customers have canceled orders, changed products, and updated quantities all without needing to contact our support team. On top of that, we’ve earned nearly $3,900 in upsell revenue directly from the app. It’s easy to use, saves our CX team a ton of time, and gives our customers the flexibility they’ve been asking for. The founders are great and really care about the success of their customers. Highly recommend!

We’ve had an excellent experience using this app. Integration was seamless and it’s made a huge difference to our operations. It has significantly reduced the number of customer support requests we get for order changes, while also cutting down on address validation issues. One of the biggest benefits has been giving customers the ability to correct their address post-purchase, which has saved us a lot of time and avoided unnecessary delays to fulfilment and reduces RTS. The upsell feature has also been a great addition, it’s helped increase basket size and average order value in a really natural way. On top of that, the team behind the app have been fantastic to work with, always responsive and supportive whenever we’ve needed assistance. Overall, this app has added real value to our business and we highly recommend it.

Love this app! It's a total game-changer for our team! Saving us hours each week & reducing our manual workload! I love that it gives our customer control & flexibility, and provides them with an overall better experience post-purchase. Post purchase upsells are a nice bonus as well! The team are also amazing to deal with, so quick to respond & always so helpful!

Had such high hopes for this app but sadly it turned out to be a colossal waste of time. Spent weeks going back and forth on email and calls with Paul and the team trying to implement the app and its features into our store, running more than 10 test purchases and attempting to troubleshoot issues with their devs to no avail. After a week, finally they got the post-purchase upsells to start showing, but they were showing the wrong products at the wrong prices - going against all of the upsell rules and conditions we had set up. This app does not work even remotely as intended. A very frustrating experience.

I recognise how disruptive this must have been to your business operations, especially after weeks of troubleshooting. Worse still, I was in thread and had every opportunity to when I saw this dragging out to no avail. Thank you for your honest feedback and despite everything, I'm appreciative of you trying us and making comments about the potential greatness and high hopes you had for what we built. Those hopes aren't unfounded. We repeatedly help merchants make an extra $1+ per every order, and I'm devastated we didn't deliver that for you. Adding the order editing app to our Shopify store has been a total game changer from day one. It gives our customers the chance to make changes to their orders within a 60-minute window—solving our growing issue of incorrect addresses being shipped before our Customer Care team could intervene. We’ve also enabled features like cancellations, discounts, and product or quantity changes, all of which have been a huge hit with our customers. Our Customer Care team is thrilled, as it’s drastically reduced manual workload and freed them up to focus on higher-impact projects. We honestly can’t say enough good things about this app and only wish we had installed it sooner!

Gamechanger! Customer support tickets have fallen through the floor and upsells have gone up! If you have customers that need to edit orders ever or your interested in upsells (Who wouldn't be!), you'd be mad not to try it! Implementation team are superb and have you up and running very quickly and are on hand to troubleshoot and answer questions if needed. Amazing app!

Beyond the product itself, the OE team has been exceptional - genuinely curious, customer obsessed, and passionate about delivering the best outcomes. Order Edit has been an absolute game changer LSKD. Giving our community the power to edit their orders within 30 minutes has not only saved our CX team a ton of time, but it’s also created a smoother, more empowering experience for the community. No more panicked emails to change a size or fix an address! It's just a quick fix. It’s rare to find a tool that ticks both the efficiency and customer satisfaction boxes so perfectly. Big fan.

Having worked with dozens of SaaS companies, Hamish and the orderediting.com team stand out in the top 1%. Their product is fantastic. Easy to use, implement, and clear to understand. Within days of implementing, we saw massive value in upsell revenue and reduced customer ticket volume. Even more than that, Hamish is among the most dedicated founders I’ve seen. On multiple occasions, he met with us 1:1 to setup the service and work through improving our product, specific to our brand. He’s always willing to go the extra mile to help and made the onboarding and set-up process as easy as possible. Excellent App. It does exactly what it is supposed to - cut down on customer service. Almost all order changes and address changes are now done by the customers themselves without contacting us. It also generates some extra revenue through the one click upsells, which is great. We are really happy with the results from this, and I can highly recommend it....The onboarding was also very thorough - I have to give a special mention to Lachie who spent a lot of time helping to make sure everthing worked correctly with the integration with our 3PL. Overall it's an excellent quality app with great customer service - thank you.

We’ve been using Order Editing for 3 months now and it’s great, the app is really easy to use. But what we’ve really appreciated is the super responsive support from the team whenever we needed. In short: highly recommend! A great solution with a great support behind it
