We ship skincare tallows from Hawaii and it takes me a week to make fresh batches. My husband added app to the store and I see customers coming back to add tallow soaps to their order while they wait for a shipping confirmation.

Hamish & his team have built a fantastic app. As we rapidly scale our business, it is essential we create autonomy wherever possible. Order Editing has allowed us to remove manual processing of address changes & order cancellation completely. A fantastic tool to help with proactive customer services. The team are always on hand to help with any issues & regularly provide new updates & insights. Highly recommend!

Order Editing app has made a massive impact in declining customer service tickets for address changes and orders needing to be edited, while also adding incremental revenue pos-purchase. Their team is extremely responsive, always willing to troubleshoot issues we might be experiencing or bringing new strategic thoughts on how we can continue to add ways we are using the app.

we've been using this app for a couple of months now and it has been such a big help for our customer support team! any time we have had issues/concerns, their support team is always ready to help! love that the communication is clear and easy! would definitely recommend working with this app, makes things so much easier!

We’ve been using the Order Editor app and it’s been working really well. It’s helped us cut down on manual address corrections and streamline the order process. Looking forward to seeing how it performs during the busy Q4 season—this should definitely help save time!

£4000+ extra revenue in the first month, easy win. Order editing team are excellent. Lots of new features coming out. Order editing creates a better experience for customers, reduces our customer support time and increases revenue.

Hands down one of the best apps in the store. Not only does this save us a bunch of time by not having to handle complex order changes on the back end, there's a lot of functionality built in to leverage upsell. This app pays for itself many times over. The whole Order Editing team are super proactive and responsive too.

This is a game changer! The Order Editing app has immediately reduced our CX workload and increased our upsell dollars. Within 1 day of implementation we saw noticeable positive impact across the board. Now that we are introducing more features and unlocking the apps full potential, we are seeing even more success every day! On top of this, the Order Editing team have made the entire process seamless. They are real professionals and enthusiastic to help us grow. We have had 0 issues with implementation and continue to work closely with the team of superstars that have helped us with not only Order Editing success but also with with Shopify updates that purely benefit our business. We would strongly encourage business's of all sizes to introduce Order Editing ASAP.

We onboarded Order Editing about 2 months ago, and we are so glad we did! Tickets have been greatly reduced for our Customer Care reps, and our customers are happy to easily make their own changes. We've also seen a nice stream of upsells. Hamish has been very responsive if we've had questions (of which there have been few).
