We used to spend so much time manually editing customer addresses, reaching out to customers who entered an invalid address, and handling packages that already shipped to the wrong home. In just a few weeks Order Edit has solved those problems for us in most cases. It has freed up time for my agents, provided customers a simple way to fix an error, and saved us unnecessary costs trying to retrieve mis-delivered packages. For us the biggest perk is the address screener which prompts customers to double check their address right on the thank you page. We are just starting to dive more into the upsell, but without much effort we have already seen traction there too.

Loving this app so far. We usually get hundreds of invalid addresses that we have to manually handle, and this app is now taking care of a big bulk of them for us. The upsells and increased rev are a nice bonus on top of that! This app is a no-brainer.

OE has been very helpful so far in solving customer pain points in adjusting changes to addresses, orders, and additionally providing another touchpoint for upsell opportunity. This has been helpful for customer service load reduction and seamlessly integrates into our warehouse. I highly recommend Order Editing!

This app has been great for reducing tickets and boosting revenue. We've been using Order Editing for a few months now. We looked at a few competitors before we heard about this app, but honestly - the competitors just don't compare. I felt like they caused a lot of friction (canceling orders entirely, rebuilding and recharging cards, etc). When I came across Order Editing, it seemed a little too good to be be true, but it really has been such a seamless experience. We haven't had a single complaint from our customers, customers love it, our CX team can spend time focusing on more complex tickets, and we've been able to save SO many orders from shipping to incorrect addresses. Would def recommend!

Since installing Order Editing we've seen a big reduction in the number of requests to edit addresses - hooray! We're really looking forward to the launch of the one click upsell functionality.

Order Editing was a no brainer for us, and has supported us through rapid growth. Helping us maintain revenue, reduce cancellations and reduce our customer support queries, Order Editing has helped us give customers full control of their orders post purchase, reducing friction and even improving our AOV! Super fast and responsive customer support too, and flexible in terms of what we needed!

Incredible experience so far! Onboarding was very smooth and easy - hopped on a call with Paul and he handled everything and answered all questions before going live. We've only been live for a few days but we have already had an upsell through the app and multiple post-purchase address changes which has saved us so much time that we would have otherwise spent on customer service. Can't wait to see the uplift in revenue as time goes on. Highly recommend!

This App was recommended to us and we're delighted it was! From day one, customers started using it and feed back from them is all positive. We were seeking a solution to incorrect delivery addresses and the cost of re-routing deliveries and wondered how much attention was given to order confirmation emails. The answer is a LOT. The take up has been excellent and Order Editing pays for itself several times over every month. As well as the high take up rate, reduced delivery charges, fewer phone calls to the office, we've been amazed how many add-ins occur! Increasing basket values while reducing costs! What other App offers that? The team at Order Editing were brilliant in supporting our implementation. We have a customer checkout so it was not straightforward but nothing phased them and the supported the installation and backed it up with first calls training. 100% recommended.
