Order Edit has been a game-changer for us. Customers, now, can edit their orders without needing to contact support, which has cut down tickets for change requests, product edits, and as a plus, is the only option I was able to find, that offers multicurrency upsells! The app is super easy to use, and the team behind it is fantastic—always responsive and happy to help fine-tune things to fit our needs. If you’re looking for a way to streamline operations while keeping customers happy, this is it!

Really strong app for user journey and customisation. The upsell tools are a bonus to giving the customer complete control when either errors occur or they just want to change something as simple as address or shipping date!

Finally one of those apps that just make sense to have. Lowers operational workload, provides more control over orders to customers - and even has nice upselling on top. Great tool. Not only is the app amazing, but the support is phenomenal. I've had multiple calls with the founder and they react to each of my requests. Definitely the best app I've seen for Shopify hands down.

It's the app we've been looking for to help both our CS & operations team. Very thoughtfully engineered and support/onboarding has been great. The team proactively seeks out merchant feedback, and more importantly has implemented some adjustments to ease our business use cases. Highly recommend!

This app has really helped us decrease customer tickets for cancellations and address updates. Even better, the Order Editing team makes it seamless to install and their support is top-notch. I barely have to touch the app, so its self-sustaining nature takes even more off my plate as head of CX. Couldn't recommend more!

Order Editing is one of those HERO apps everyone NEEDS! Order Editing puts the power in our customer hands, elevating stress on our support team for easier fixes such as address updates, saving the customer time, and freeing up operational bandwidth. A seamless app, with thoughtful and lovely UI, Order Editing is a power house that I don't see slowing down anytime soon. The cherry on top? Hamish was really great to deal with, and helped get us set up very quickly and seamlessly. We've had no issues with the app. It's helped reduce customer service tickets and I would recommend it to any ecommerce store.

The Order Editing app has been brilliant for our brands, it's allowed customers to self serve address updates & contact information updates. The Order Editing team are really responsive and have helped us setup the flows required to disable editing when orders enter our production systems. I would definitely recommend!

Great concept for an app and am sure it will grow and develop even further. Set up was easy and support from the team has been fantastic when needed, a couple of small teething issues but overall has largely reduced our customer service tickets for simple address changes
