We've seen a tremendous decrease in customer support tickets since installing this app on our store. As site mainly used by customers for gift giving, we were running into many issues with customers accidentally shipping to themselves. Order Editing has helped with this problem. And we've seen great improvement with post purchase upsells too. Even better than the app is the truly extraordinary customer service.
