We installed Order Editing before our Black Friday sale to help reduce ticket volumes for our Customer Service team, and it did exactly that! It was extremely easy to get set-up and going. Hamish and the team are second to none. They've built a great solution for a problem that most ecomm merchants and brands experience on a daily basis. Highly recommend this to any Shopify merchant.
