We recently started using the Order Editing app, and it has been an absolute game-changer. The app itself is intuitive, seamless to integrate, and has made facilitating post-purchase order edits a breeze for our customers! A huge shout-out to Hamish and Pauly for their incredible support throughout onboarding and beyond. They’ve been proactive, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we were set up for success (some of our use-cases were quirky). More broadly they're positive, energetic... it's infectious! If you're looking for a reliable app to provide self-service order editing, improve customer satisfaction and drive up-sells, I can’t recommend this one enough. Exceptional app with equally exceptional support!
