Had such high hopes for this app but sadly it turned out to be a colossal waste of time. Spent weeks going back and forth on email and calls with Paul and the team trying to implement the app and its features into our store, running more than 10 test purchases and attempting to troubleshoot issues with their devs to no avail. After a week, finally they got the post-purchase upsells to start showing, but they were showing the wrong products at the wrong prices - going against all of the upsell rules and conditions we had set up. This app does not work even remotely as intended. A very frustrating experience.

I recognise how disruptive this must have been to your business operations, especially after weeks of troubleshooting. Those hopes aren't unfounded. We repeatedly help merchants make an extra $1+ per every order, and I'm devastated we didn't deliver that for you. If there's ever a second chance, we've built all of your feature requests and squashed the bugs related to your stores setup. Our CTO's sent these separately in apology. You invested weeks of trust in us, and we failed you. That's on me, and I'm committed to doing better.
