We’ve been using Order Editing for just over a month now and it’s been a game changer. Hundreds of customers have canceled orders, changed products, and updated quantities all without needing to contact our support team. On top of that, we’ve earned nearly $3,900 in upsell revenue directly from the app. It’s easy to use, saves our CX team a ton of time, and gives our customers the flexibility they’ve been asking for.
