So pleased we have installed this app on our sites. We were constantly getting changes of address or changes to orders, which were soaking up our time, and made it complicated for our 3PL warehouse to search orders to make changes after they flowed through. This app gives our customers a 30 minute window, in a very nice editing screen (built via Shopify) where they get an opportunity to make changes to their order address (so many people forget to update their addresses after they move houses), and our customers can swap their items (at the same or higher value), and add extra items to their cart after the original purchase. This app has saved our team so much time - especially in our Black Friday promo's. Paul is super skilled in getting this all set up and we appreciate the support we have received from the team at Order Edit.
