We've had an excellent experience with this app from day one. The onboarding process was one of the best we've experienced. It was smooth, well-supported, and incredibly easy to get up and running. The app itself is simple for both our team and customers to use. Since implementing it, we've seen a reduction in the number of address change requests handled by our Customer Service team, saving valuable time and improving the customer experience. An added bonus has been the ability for customers to add items to their orders, which has also helped us generate additional revenue. It's been a fantastic addition to our tech stack, and we'd highly recommend it.
