Order editing has proved to be a no-brainer addition to the stack at RIDGE. Not only does it help out our CX team a ton, it has also unlocked incremental revenue via Thank You and Order Status page upsells. There are endless SaaS tools out there that solve a problem but stop at the software. We really appreciate Order Editing being a great partner and providing a true service beyond an app. Jacques has been fantastic to work with and really goes above and beyond to make OE easy to use.
