We’ve been using the app for a month now and have already seen a reduction in customer service tickets relating to address changes, product changes, and order cancellations. The interface is intuitive and customisable to suit our brand, and fellow Kiwi Hamish has been very helpful and responsive whenever we’ve had questions.
