Worked well while I used this app. It is unfortunate with my new theme it doesn’t work but I understand. Customer service was always very helpful and some what quick for response.

need it to charge shipping cause with multiple vendre, you cant use shopify shipping but when you add this fee, customers can just remove it from the cart so theres no point

dec 2024 - terrible, this app is glitchy and makes the process from cart to checkout very combative. I've had to resolve multiple orders with refunds as this app happens to over charge customers with sometimes up to 15 extra payment processing fee charges . customer service said they have fixed the error, but its still happening. its not a good look having to apologise to customers when the app was supposed to have been fixed. November 2025 - update - This app has been nothing but trouble. The developers keep saying the issues are fixed, but every time I reinstall it, the exact same problems happen again. No real solutions, just repeated promises. On top of that, it’s now charging for a paid plan even though the app isn’t functioning properly. They’re also charging two separate processing fees, which is not only unreasonable but actually illegal if it exceeds the true cost to the business. After uninstalling it for the third time, I’m done until they can prove the problems are genuinely resolved. Save yourself the frustration — do not install unless you want ongoing issues they can’t seem to fix.

Doesn't work for the Theme we had. However, the staffs tried to offer support, but I have not yet got time to reinstall the app and get the problem solve. I up-start my rating to 4 for their service, at least they tried to follow up with me.
