its really important to explain your customers where their order is, this one does, and by doing so, gives you peace of mind, and makes your store more proffesional.. super recommended.. and yes the support team is pretty damn good too... you wont waste time searching for tracking numbers.

Super easy to install. Took 30 seconds. I love that you can customize the display text the customer sees. Fast support response. A must have for your customers to be able to look up their order status without emailing you everytime.

What a great app! This ability for customers to lookup/track their own orders without emailing us is so helpful and something we've wanted since we launched our store. So glad these guys did all the work to make it happen. Well worth the price to provide excellent service to your customers and a tool that is necassary for large or small stores.

Absolutely essential. Customers need/want to know where there order is, and now they can. This is such a simple tool to make your store feel like the big time. 100% worth the money to not have to manually track orders for our customers. Why it always says "Sorry, that order was not found The email address entered must match the email address that was used when the order was placed. Please contact support if you continue to have trouble finding your order."? Please help

Useful app. We installed it a few months ago and linked it to our email confirmations. It greatly reduces customers inquiries and also lets our phone support people look up orders when the customers call in.

This is an absolutely fantastic little app, it installs quickly and easily and it allows your customers to look up their orders. This is a great app that has saved us a ton of time and is well worth the $10/month. Customers are able to look up the status of their order right from our website which saves them from writing an email or calling in to check on the status of their order. This allows lets our staff focus on other tasks. Josh is also super helpful and fast with any customization requests.
