This app is very well worth what it costs, it will save you lots of time and effort by allowing your customers to handle order information themselves. Customer service on the app is second to none and highly responsive. I wish other software developers were as good and fast as these folks. Bottom line: It works like it should, it is priced right and saves you from using your time. What more could one ask for? Simply put, get it.

The app works just like everybody says it does, I've seen it in action before and just installed on our site---it's awesome and I wish I'd seen it sooner! The amount of phone time this thing saves, at least with our customer base, as we get a ridiculous number of people who call in to check status or ask for a tracking number, even though all of that has been emailed to them already. This is something they can check from their smart phone if they just want an update and the email is no longer on their phone, they have no need to tie up CS reps. The as-advertised functionality is great, but the thing that really amazes me is that the customer service is just as incredible as the reviews make it sound. I thought our business was the only one who had no problem helping out a customer with something at midnight or one in the morning, but I just got an email from these guys who very kindly set this app up on our custom theme right after I emailed them, which happened to be very late. Amazing, I wish more businesses operate like this!

Super easy to install and looks great on our site. Cuts down on our customer service which is a huge plus. Josh worked with us to customize it and his customer service was great!

Easy set up & cuts down on support inquires from customers wondering where there order is - now they can keep track of it themselves 24/7!

Looking to cut down on CS emails and hoping this helps and our customers find it useful. After installing I had an issue with the way it looked on our site, so I emailed their CS and the issue was fixed very fast. Would highly recommend!

Simple, easy to install, easy to use app. Much needed for our site. We included a link to the order lookup page in our order confirmation emails too!

AWESOME!!!! As a one man band dealing with every aspect of my customer service personally I need as much useful technology around as possible. This has definitely found me at least an extra 30 minutes a day to focus on something else other than taking "where is it? Has it dispatched, when is it likely to dispatch etc. etc." phone calls and enquiries! I had a question which was answered in less than a day and the software itself installed in seconds - could not be easier. You cannot go wrong with this app. or developer THANK YOU!!!

Really nice app and just does what it is supposed to do. Support from Josh was the best. He was quick and responsive. In addition, he was kind enough to do some extra customisation. Just installed it today and looks like one of those apps that customers and our employees would love. Highly recommend this app.
