I would like to give more stars but I find the App although with lots of potential is hard to set up for someone without knowledge. Support did send me a link about how to set up the flows, but that was even more confusing - just images of you can set this flow up, and with 3 options A or B or C to get there, but no indication of how or what to choose. I don´t know if the App is great or not as I just feel for me I want an easier set up process.

Neil was amazing in helping us set up a couple of order tags. If it isnt clear these guys have an amazing feature - they can set up tags that put 'New customer' and 'returning customer' in the tags on the order page - so if you're sending flyers with discount codes for first time customers to place their second order and want to see it quickly, this is the thing for you. their help has been absolutely brilliant and they have a feature right there that i don't think you can get anywhere else - at least i struggled to find it. install it now!

Extremely useful app and is almost invaluable to me in keeping on top of my order priorities and knowing exactly what's what at a glance. Had a minor issue where the app stopped working, but a quick chat with their team resolved all issues within 24 hours. Cannot fault them - amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Have been using this app to help tag orders and customers. Tagging orders based on rules sets really helps our marketing and fulfilment team track orders and customers that meet rule sets. Features are great and support team are prompt if you ever need assistance.

The app only checks the past 60 days worth of data, so unfortunately isn't suitable for long-term tag management for an established store (which is what we were looking for). Customer support was prompt and informative; thanks again to Vincent for his great customer service.

We had the opportunity to try out a competing app alongside Shopify's default Flow app, and we must say that this app stands out. When it comes to tagging, it excels. Without this invaluable feature, one would have to manually run the flow on batches of 1000 orders, which can be quite a hassle when dealing with a large volume of previous orders. With this app, it only takes a few clicks, and your task is complete! It's a game-changer. It offers a wide range of configurable conditions including customers, orders, products, and shipping. Moreover, the customer support is nothing short of exceptional – available round the clock to address any queries or concerns, thanks to tracy for her help and support always. Additionally, it's an embedded app that doesn't inject code into the theme, ensuring a seamless integration. A competing app with shopify's default flow app. As far as tagging goes, this app is a clear winner! Super easy to setup tagging flows and the best feature is ability to retroactively apply tags on previous orders. Without this feature, you would have to manually run the flow on batches of 50 orders and its a hassle to go through previous orders. With this app, it takes a few clicks and you are done! Love it!

I installed Omega Auto Tags to tag customers based on purchased products. It exactly performs the functions it claims, and our operation is much easier thanks to the app. The app offers an array of conditions you can configure for so many areas of your business: customer, order, product, shipping, etc. Most importantly the tag conditions setting is simple and intuitive, extremely easy to create and edit. The customer support is simply superb - available 24/7 for any questions you might have. Also, it’s an embedded app that does not inject code into the theme. I highly recommend the app to any business owner aiming to automate workflow.

The options on this app are incredibly time saving for a good price! I was having problems reprocessing my old orders but the customer service team was stellar in helping me figure it out and get everything I wanted done. Even with the massive time difference there was always someone available in the chat who would respond to me fairly quickly and then forward my difficulties to the tech team if they couldn't solve my problem right then and there.

This is a great app, does what Shopify Flow cannot do (generate reports based on product tags)!!!!!!!
