Worked right out of the gate. Does exactly what I need and is simple to use. I was looking for something that would simply tag customers who had purchased certain products so I could later remarket to them. Very happy.

Amazing app! Super helpful to add the tags and let us know the traffic sources (yes, this app helps you to know where your order is coming from!). This seriously solved one of our biggest problems. We could also customize tags and understand our customers better with this app. Their support team member Tracy is AMAZING and such a sweetheart! If we could rate her 1000 stars, we would. Kind, detail-oriented and extremely efficient with helping us to set up the app and answer all of our questions. We are currently using multiple apps by Omega team and totally recommend to everyone!

Really responsive and helpful in getting our initial flow set up. This solves a huge problem where we could not filter our orders by product type. That is now resolved! The only downside I see is that these tags do not seem to retroactively populate, however, having the larger issue resolved is definitely the priority and we are extremely satisfied with the simplicity and effectiveness of the app.

I have searched through many apps but this one is the best. With a simple, friendly, and easy-to-use design, the requirements for setting up tagging commands are fully guaranteed. However, scanning and re-tagging are still limited and cannot be processed for old orders. Hopefully, the team can fix this problem in the near future. This is a very good support software for you to use email marketing on Shopify.

Super easy workflow implementation. We are using it for tagging "Express Shipping orders" and give those orders an automatically created TAG with this app. Customer support super friendly and helpful. THANKS!

We use a 3PL company to ship out our orders. We also have branded boxes. We had issues with the warehouse using the wrong boxes while picking and packing orders. We used this app to tag all the orders using the correct boxes. We had a couple of little roadblocks but the customer service with the app was excellent. They were super fast and efficient in helping set up all the rules. I have not had a problem since. This app is user-friendly and easy to use. Highly recommend.

I wanted to add care cards and product information cards to outgoing packages in a frictionless way, and Auto Tags accomplishes this handily! We are focused on product and order attributes, however, many other variations are possible within the established system, giving the user flexibility for future possibilities. The developer is highly supportive and engaged. We are very happy with the installation and performance to date.

The changes that were made are great, it really upgraded de app. But our business is in Chile, everything is in spanish, including the information we need to tag and all of the words that have accent marks or the letter "Ñ" (very common in spanish and names of chilean cities) dont get the rcorrect tag or don't tag at all. Changes in that matter will benefit all of your latinamerican users
