OrderCup, is an amazing platform,easy to navigate, fast response from the IT team. They always there to support you! The team, fast response gives you the reassurance you won't be waiting for days to resolve an issue. For the las 3 years I have the pleasure to have Ed helping us. Ed, is very knowledgeable, hard working, well respected. Ed, thank you so much for making my life easier running my company. Once again today you made our day. We have been using Order Cup for over five years now and are very happy with the service. We use Order Cup for shipping across North America, the layout is user friendly, easy to navigate, and has a nice clean look. The representatives at Order Cup are quick to resolve any issues, very friendly, and all have wonderful customer service. Thank you Order Cup and a special thank you to Ed!

We just recently got a contract account with Canada Post and were given a few recommendations to try for third party shipment software. OrderCup was by far the best, easiest and most comprehensive of them all. Any issues/questions I had the staff was quick to respond and were very helpful. I couldn't say enough good things about this app. Highly recommended!!

This app works great for all of our shipping needs. We have been using this company for almost 10 years now. They are truly customer driven. The software works great and they offer amazing tech support and customer service. Highly recommended.

We chose OrderCup because this app allows you to use Canada Post shipping and contribute to your own account to keep your Savings Level. That was very important to us. But the most incredible thing about OrderCup is hands down the customer service. It is amazing and the response is always so fast, which is important when you're working hard to get orders out daily. The app is easy to use, but Ed is so helpful if you have questions. I would give OrderCup 10 stars if I could!

Moved over from ShippingEasy. INCREDIBLE customer support - Ed is a rockstar! Takes a few days to get used to, but once you get the hang of it, it's quite powerful.

We are really pleased with how well OrderCup works with our website and enables us to seamlessly create shipping labels via any carrier, as well as track information. Their support staff are always on hand when needed to answer questions and ensure everything is running smoothly.

Ordercup has been great at working with our website to organize and ship. I like that you can look back at each order and see if it is still in transit or has been delivered. It also gives you a warning when the address may not be valid or complete. It is very easy search for orders to see their status. I've had a few questions/inquiries and ordercup staff has always gotten back to me within about half a day-- which is outstanding!

I've been using OrderCup for over 3 years, and they are absolutely flawless. Their service when needed has always been nearly instantaneous. They really go beyond the call of duty, and it's not uncommon to get a phone call from them moments after you send a request for help. Labels are easy to make, it ties into your store and just works every time.

OrderCup has been our shipping platform for over 15 years. The information is clear, navigation is simple, and support is always there. They listen to details and are always happy to assist. This is very helpful when you use the program everyday!
