The support provided is good altough I have not used their services as was not able to integrate Bluedart with their software.

We reviewed this app and decided it was not our ideal fit for various personal reasons...and then the trouble started. I have dealt with incessant phone calls and e-mails from the sale department. They do not have unsubscribe options on all of the marketing and they simply will not stop calling and e-mailing despite repeated polite requests to cease contact. I cannot comment on the actual functionality of the app, we did not actually use it enough for me to have a valid evaluation. Update - the e-mails are still coming, despite having contacted them directly and continuing to unsubscribe. At best, I see this as a poorly managed company......and at worst I see them as completely disregarding privacy laws. Whatever their situation is, i would not suggest installing their products.

Very difficult to use and integration doesn't work. Support wasn't helpful. Web articles are hard to understand in English. Don't recommend.

We are using Orderhive as our main inventory management software. We're using it on all our seller accounts. Orderhive did an amazing job for our company. Their customer support is brilliant. They walk you through the troubleshooting steps when you have technical issues. Also, the Orderhive system is easy to navigate and the integration of your stores to it is not difficult.

We have been using this app for 2 stores (soon to be 3) and overall it's been excellent! It's not cheap but for all of the functionality that's to be expected and tech support has been very helpful. I tried 2 other inventory management programs before this and had demos for a couple more and the user interface, automation, and flexibility are the best. Also, we needed to sell bundle products (a 4 pack of the same item) and after evaluating a ton of apps we discovered we could do this easily through Orderhive!

This app isn't free at all. There is a free trial period, and they won't even tell you what the subscription fee is unless you email them? Who has time for this sort of nonsense. Charge whatever you want, but be upfront about it, Otherwise you're wasting entrepreneurs' time, and that's one asset we need. Saving time for us is like getting a good review.

I just tried this app. hopefully it will really help me a lot grow my business further. But for now, it's a cool app!

We tried out this app and while it has a lot of functionality it has quite a few glitches which were blocking for us, we were allowed to add multiple users with no problem and then when we asked for help we were told that we need to upgrade to use the features we were using, they don't have any automatic way of hiding or blocking out features that are not on your plan. After not needing the upgrade options they then said they cannot help us with the issues we were having because customer support is not included in the free Shopify plan. We spent a lot of time setting up just to cancel as the service was not good and software unreliable.

All these 5 stars reviews are fake, I message these guys over and over and never got a response, try to connect amazon and Walmart and the app will not work at all and I keep messaging them for help and no response.
Hi, We try and respond to all customers in a few hours over chat and 24hrs on email. Were you sending an email to the right email address? For prompt response, you can contact chat support in software. For email support, you can email on [email protected]

Excellent program to help manage our inventory and track best sellers, keep track of our accounting books etc. I highly recommend! A big bonus is the support team. Definitely would recommend!!!

We've had an Amazon business for 5+ years and used multiple order management, shipping management and inventory management platforms. OrderHive cut our daily order processing workflow from 1 hour to literally 1 minute. It has been a life saver for us. The software is awesome and their support is incredible. I HIGHLY recommend.

This app is great and the customer service and support tam are there when you need them. I tried many differnt similar apps but there was always something a miss because of my complex selling situation which includes selling in multiple Countries and different platforms. Naresh took time t listen to my needs and has been a great help in implementing automaitons to save time in my business.

I am very pleased with this app. The customer support and technical help in onboarding are excellent. This app is much simpler and more intuitive than other apps and suits our needs perfectly. We have been using it for over 2 months and highly recommend it. The Orderhive has even done a custom report for us.

The online support staff for Orderhive is responsive. Naresh Sambhawani does an excellent job and deserves 5 stars!!! He is very knowledgeable and always follows up. This software is not very intuitive, however, so support is more necessary than with some other software programs. There are occasionally "glitches" where orders are not synced properly and the software doesn't always notify you as it is supposed to do. When glitches do occur, the situation is escalated to tech support, and the answer is more often than not that it was a one-off type of situation and "won't happen again". Sometimes that is the case. Functionality is good and they are continually adding new features. It's a solid order management system.

As you said, we are adding many new features rapidly ( as per customer request ), sometimes it happens that we miss out dependencies. I use to app to help me with inventory management and it is great. It integrates with my amazon store and shopify store and I can also create manual orders

Absolutely terrible customer service. Very basic functions. After deleting this app you will have a lot of problems with your stock levels and product availability. Doesn't recommend this app.
We have improved a lot in our customer service since 2018. We have a dedicated account management team available 20/6 covering almost all timezones. We have live chat and call support available for all plans. Whether you are on a free plan or growth, you get full customer service.

We have been using this app for the past 4 months, and so far I have nothing to complain about We mainly use it to transfer orders from Shopify to multiple warehouses and it works wonderfully; Shruti and they're customer support are a ton of help! every time we have had any question or concern they always get back to us rather quickly A+ Product
