it needs some coding to be done in terms of Liquid. There is no mention of the same anywhere. its bit complicated and confusing to set it up
Hello - we're so sorry you had a bad experience! We just wanted you to know that we got your customers support ticket, and responded within 90 minutes saying "We would be happy to help - we have requested access to your store to help you get set up. Could you let us know which steps you need the most help with currently?" We never heard back from you, so we don't know if you received our response. We have been trying to reach you a number of times ever since the first ticket - would you be able to please e-mail us back at [email protected]. We will also do our best to contact you via Shopify as well. There shouldn't be any liquid setup at all now, especially since you have the new customer accounts, for which we support extensions, and we would love to walk you through the whole set up in a video call to show that it takes jus a few clicks without any liquid modification.
