I installed this app 3 months ago without realising it is best suited to high-volume merchants whose customer service assistants spend a lot of time editing and cancelling orders. I discovered it was not really applicable to my business (at least at the moment) so I uninstalled it, and Dave was kind enough to refund my app fees.

This app is really helpful! Its functions should actually be offered by Shopify itself. This is a must have app.

What we don't like about this app is that so many payment platforms do not integrate with Shopify, for example STRIPE, that we had to disable the automatic refund function and now need to manually refund all orders. However, that is a problem that needs to be fixed first at the Shopify level. And until that happens, this app is a good option for businesses looking to give their customers more control over their orders.

Wow, It's super cool, It uplifts the brand value and trust, which are the the most concerned from the customer point of view. The instructions for installation are pretty cool. A very valuable asset to every ecommerce store for improved customer service and enabling easier future sales. I am very surprised this isn't an "out of the box" feature from Shopify!

Excellent app that adds valuable time-saving features that are very well thought of. It makes both mine and my customers life much simpler. Reduces friction and makes customers feel more in-charge. It may be counter-intuitive to allow customers to cancel orders so easily but, in the end, it works the other way around. It reassures them that we're not out to get their money.

I can't believe this isn't standard Shopify functionality. Takes ten minutes to setup (longer if you want to fine tune and tweak to your liking). Recommended.

App allows customers to cancel orders even if you don't allow "cancel" as an option to them. If a customer simply clicks "edit" order, the original order cancels, the customer then has to edit their order as well as go through the entire checkout process again thus allowing them to abandon cart negating the option to not allow customers to cancel orders.
