Just downloaded the app and shows nothing but a blank page saying Choose Your Subscription. No reply to email or phone calls. Seems like part time developers who don't support the app unless its lunchtime during their day job.
Very sorry we couldn’t get back to you fast enough. We have 3-full time engineers distributed across the globe and try to respond as fast as we can, but don’t always respond within 4 hours such as in your case. The engineer in your time zone was sick that day. We did look into our logs and it appears your request wasn’t reaching our app for some reason. We’d be happy to reset your trial if you want to give us another try, and we’re sure we can resolve this issue if you give us a chance.

I used this application to implement a range of items allowed in a cart for processing. Simply say min and max number of items allowed per order. For 3 month this app failed me 2 times. I had to cancel orders and have to apologize to my customers. If you can live with this - it is your choice. I will get a different app.

This app works exactly as advertised. Easy to set up. Shane and his team responded quickly to an issue we were having and went the extra mile to solve a tricky bug related to the app and our theme working together. We really appreciated the effort they put in to resolve the issue. Best way to get in touch with them is via email if you have any questions.

I use this app to set minimum order quantities for items in my store. it does exactly that and is super easy to use and understand. Client support is also very responsive and helpful with any questions or requests for enhancements that come up. thank you for this app!

I use this app to set the minimum order quantity for my products. This is exactly what I want. The customer service is also amazing, Shane answers all my questions and help me to make a small custom change based on my request.

Initially I had custom code applied (from a developer) to my website so I could fix minimum quantities. While this worked temporarily, it was expensive, and always needed to be fixed when the theme was updated. After trying ALL of the min/max order qty shopify apps, I can confidently say that the OrderLogic app for Shopify is by far the best! It works absolutely perfectly for what I need (minimum order quantities per item). And the best thing is, customers can't "trick" the system! I highly recommend this app to all shopify owners out there, and you don't need to waste your time trying something else! Thanks so much OrderLogic Team! :) www.treats2eat.com.au

This is the perfect app if you want minimum quantity for selected products. It works great when the minimum quantity is not in the cart and let the customer know to update. There were a few things I wanted changing and Shane was fantastic. He worked with me very professionally. His service is impeccable! Thank you so much!

App works perfect and the team behind it is incredible. We reached out with an issue that we were having and got a response less than 15 minutes later, which also fixed the problem we were having. App works as expected and and we've had no complaints so far.

I've been using OrderLogic for over a year on a store generating 6 figures. Every product on my site has minimum order requirements, so this app is an integral part of my success. Along the way there have been a few issues, but the customer support is fantastic. They have always been quick to reply and worked hard to remedy any issues I may have run into along the way. I highly recommend this app and the OrderLogic team!

We have implemented order logic and it is great, it does what it says on the tin simple order logic! Due to the nature of the products that we sell we had some special cases that needed to be added, the team at Order logic connected remotely to my development machine and worked with us on the phone making the necessary adjustments with no additional charge. You guys are awusme keep up the good work!

Love this app! We use this app on all 3 of our shopify stores. We use it for 3 main purposes: enforcing our wholesale minimums, offering free yet limited products (ex: 1 free item if you add it to your cart), and case-unit pricing (customer needs to order product in a particular multiple). In addition they have friendly and responsive customer service!
