This is the best order tracker Shopify app out there. It shows all steps and give customers a better understandign where is their package. I would recommend this to anyone.

I just added the App to my store, I like how the tracking looks, and how easy to use. Support team "Chloe" was perfect, quick, and friendly. Hope this App will satisfy my and my customers needs

Very quick assistance. The alerts I need like 'carrier attempted delivery; Awaiting payment; Entry not authorized by regulatory authorities; Object being returned' are not yet available. But I've been informed that this update will be coming soon by the end of September, along with the addition of GPT chat. Let's see.

So far so good, excellent customer support. Setting up was extremely simple, and integration with Shopify has been easy. Tracking pages looking very professional - love it. Highly recommend.

J'aime beaucoup cette application mais je n'ai pas pu la garder car je ne pouvais pas désactiver les emails, ni personnaliser les couleurs. Cependant, le tableau de bord et le design de l'application sont bien. Je téléchargerai de nouveau cette application quand il y aura eu ces ajouts.

The app is very easy to use, with a simple and to the point UI. Love that there is a drop-shipping mode which is perfect. Super helpful support too, helped address the issues very quickly! Would definitely recommend :)

The initial support provided was excellent. However, there was a delay of 4 days in receiving the tracking information for a specific order. I reached out to the support agent and requested a manual refresh of the information, which successfully resolved the issue. I hope that the tracking information update problem will be resolved permanently in the near future.
