Aplicativo muito útil. Funciona bem, o suporte também é muito bom. Bastante recomendado para empresas que estejam iniciando. Pra quem já está a algum tempo no mercado e tem um alto fluxo tem também as versões pagas que são muito boas também. Recomendo.

Using this tracking app since almost year, doing great and easy to use ! Prices are fair comparing to other tracking apps !

Overall, it is one of the best UI's I've seen on an order tracker. And the customization is great though I do wish it made them have to put an email as well as to get info about the order. I would probably use except that the loading time is about 3 seconds before it even loads on the screen which is not good.

Looks good. Just installed it and it looks functionning and everything OK. simple layout, nice URL generated, all good so far. Cannot complain

1 étoiles en raison du LiveChat support qui ne répond pas. Même le support normal ne répond pas. Dommage l'application pourrait être très bien mais il y a des problèmes. - Les suivis de Mondial Relay ne sont pas reconnus. par exemple: tracking: 96810866 https://www.mondialrelay.fr/suivi-de-colis?codeMarque=CC&numeroExpedition=96810866 - quand on a plusieurs tracking dans une commande, la page de statut de la commande est en Anglais (au lieu du Français). Et quand on clique le bouton "Suivre ma commande" pour afficher la page de tracking, la page ne donne que le dernier tracking. Après 4 jours d'attente d'un retour du support, AUCUN RETOUR. Je désinstalle l'application car vraiment pas au point. After 4 days of waiting for a response from support, NO RETURNS. I uninstall the application because it really doesn't work.

Hello. I will change this review once this problem is fixed. I cannot contact your support at all. I have been trying for almost two weeks with no response. The 24-hour chat has no response and the emails I have sent have not received a response. My problem is that 40% of my orders are listed as pending and that should not be the case. In Shopify there is a courier listed but for some of the orders the courier shows up as N/A in ordertracker. I do need this problem fixed and a response would be great.

Sie bieten 24/7 Support an, aber wenn wenn man Hilfe braucht, dann meldet sich niemand. Habe es mehrmals versucht. Als ich dann Glück hatte, das sich jemand meldet, wurde mein Problem angeblich an die Technik weitergeleitet. Nach 3 Tagen besteht das Problem immer noch, dass die Trackingnummern nicht richtig funktionieren und es zeigt dem Kunden an, dass das Paket nicht gefunden wird! Das ist ein No-Go!!! Und jetzt meldet sich wieder niemand.... So kann ich die App nicht gebrauchen!

I use ordertracker since the start of my store and could definitely recommend it if you are dropshipping. It adds more trust to your store and gives your customers an idea where their package is. The app is simple and does what it needs to do, no need to add more bells and whistles.

The team at OrderTracker particularly "Chloe" from customer support have also been instrumental in making the setup & use of OrderTracker a real pleasure. This is the best order tracker Shopify app out there. It shows all steps and give customers a better understandign where is their package. I would recommend this to anyone.

Very quick assistance. The alerts I need like 'carrier attempted delivery; Awaiting payment; Entry not authorized by regulatory authorities; Object being returned' are not yet available. But I've been informed that this update will be coming soon by the end of September, along with the addition of GPT chat. Let's see.
