This is the best order tracker Shopify app out there. It shows all steps and give customers a better understandign where is their package. I would recommend this to anyone.

Very quick assistance. The alerts I need like 'carrier attempted delivery; Awaiting payment; Entry not authorized by regulatory authorities; Object being returned' are not yet available. But I've been informed that this update will be coming soon by the end of September, along with the addition of GPT chat. Let's see.

The initial support provided was excellent. However, there was a delay of 4 days in receiving the tracking information for a specific order. I reached out to the support agent and requested a manual refresh of the information, which successfully resolved the issue. I hope that the tracking information update problem will be resolved permanently in the near future.

Une très belle application de Tracking avec de la data exploitable et très pertinente. La prise en main et l'integration sont tres simplifié avec une page de tracking visible pour le client avec une vue admin et une vue client. Vous pouvez checker les nombres de jours en transit, voir rapidement ce qui ne va pas pour que le SAV soit proactif, checker le nombre de jour moyen pour une livraison, le type de transporteur etc. Une equipe à l'ecoute, tout ce qu'il faut pour ne plus se prendre la tete et optimiser son service ! Un grand merci

That is a really good tracking app, it helped us a lot because he is sync with a lot of logistics companys that others tracking app are not. Also they have a good theme. I really recommend them
