Ordertracker é muito bom! A página de rastreamento ficou super fácil de usar, e o botão na página do pedido é muito prático. Curti que ele troca aqueles termos confusos por algo mais simples pros clientes. Sem falar nas análises e no tempo médio de entrega, que ajudam muito a organizar tudo. Recomendo total

Works most of the time, very easy to use and great looking UI, both for admin side and client side. However, sometimes the app confuses between carriers and there is no is no way to edit the carrier, so it can cause confusion for clients. Would rate 5 starts if there was a way to edit the carrier.

Ordertracker has been very beneficial to our store. We receive less inquires for order updates now and importing tracking numbers into the system is seemless. We have not had any issues with the app and integrating it into our "order status" page was simple. It supports a wide range of carriers which is a benefit for us as we use multiple carries since we ship world wide. We recommend this app.

1. How often do you use Ordertracker? I use Ordertracker regularly, usually a few times a week, especially when I'm tracking multiple packages from different vendors. It’s really helpful for staying on top of delivery statuses. 2. Would you recommend Ordertracker? Yes, I would definitely recommend Ordertracker! It’s a convenient tool that makes tracking shipments from different carriers easy, all in one place. It’s saved me a lot of time and hassle. 3. How could we improve Ordertracker? One area for improvement could be to provide real-time push notifications for status updates, so I don't have to check the app constantly. Additionally, a feature that estimates delivery delays based on historical data would be a nice addition. that's all, Thank you

Big fan of this app. It's decent for small stores, lots of customizations in colors, texts, what and what not display, ... compared to other big apps which get recommended as first. The only downside is that there's no direct tracking link I could find to integrate to your customer notifications, this way, your customers will land up on the general page where they have to enter their details. Besides this, I really recommend using Ordertracker! For business, but also for personal use on their website :)
