We have looked for more than a year for a shipping solution that also handled inventory, dropshippers and split orders in a clean and efficient way. Ordoro makes the process so simple and fast - far easier to use that other products we have tried. So simple that it doesn't seem possible. And just as important to us is having a support team that is knowledgeable and responsive. The support team at Ordoro has been amazing! Our learning curve with the product has been shortened dramatically by the fact that they respond very quickly at all hours of the day or night and are very thorough - with a genuine interest in making sure we are successful with our deployment of the Ordoro workflow. This is the best support team I have ever worked with at a supplier. Absolutely fantastic.

I love Ordoro. I have been using it since last year when I launched ARTISURN (www.artisurn.com) - online marketplace of handcrafted cremation urns, jewelry and keepsakes. Ordoro has been instrumental to my business success. It is an intuitive system that's very easy to use - be it for inventory management or shipping logistics. I have been able to ship my one of a kind cremation pieces worldwide easily accompanied by correctly filled customs forms when needed. Their pricing is very reasonable for what you get in return. You also get Endicia membership for free, which means a nice discount for USPS rates. Plus Ordoro has a great customer service. Highly recommend Ordoro if you want to make your shipping and inventory tracking easy and reliable.

Immensely helpful in regards to matching up products sold from multiple suppliers. We were envisioning an extremely manual process until we found Ordoro. Absolutely worth the price--it's going to make fulfilling orders much simpler and easier.

Great App. If you do anything with drop shipping this is the app for you. Sends an email to our vendor with one click. I use several apps and this one provides the most comprehensive support, though I rarely use them, as this is the most trouble free app we currently operate under and we use many. It will also track inventory in multiple locations if you need it. We drop ship, manage two locations and it keeps us on our toes with restocking. Well worth the look...

What are you waiting for? GET THIS APP! Ordoro delivers as promised, and is a great tool for managing shipments. We currently use it on the BigCommerce platform, and plan to integrate with other selling channels in the near future. My shipping team loved making the switch to Ordoro to make their lives easier, and our customers love the instant updates to tracking information. The Ordoro team has great customer support, and are always quick to provide a personalized response to our requests. Things are a breeze with Ordoro!

The interface is simple and easy to use. Something for a person with zero experience can learn with ease! Not to mention the support so far has been great. Sometimes simple is better, but still get all the things you need to help run a business.

We love Ordoro! It makes our inventory management process much easier. It does help avoid overselling from multiple sales channels (like amazon, ebay and of course shopify )and save us a lot time! Also, this the company has truly great live support and we highly value this. Definitely recommend it to everybody!

I used to create packing slips and shipping labels manually. It took about 20 minutes per order. Now, using Orodoro, I'm ready to ship in in 5 minutes. I simply go to www.ordoro.com and my orders are there waiting for me. A few clicks later, I have the documentation I need to create a shipment. Ordoro is easy to use and set up, and their customer support is excellent. They really seem to care about making it a smooth customer experience. Highly recommended.

Ordoro has been the app I have been dreaming about for the last two years; the amount of time I save each week using it has left me with so much free time I literally don't know what to do with myself most days. We ship on average 100 packages a week, and this is a perfect solution to bulk processing. It takes a few days to really get the hang of how the dashboard works, and where all the components are located, but once you understand this puppy, you will save SEVERAL HOURS a week. The customer service is amazing, any time I have asked a question, I have heard back within an hour or less. Everything about this app is intuitive, and I'll continue to recommend it to all my business-owner friends.

Ordoro has completely changed the way I do business. It keeps track of my inventory, pulls in all my orders from Shopify and Amazon, and lets me quickly print out shipping labels for all my orders across all sales channels at one time. Because of Ordoro, I can market my products across as many platforms as I want without worrying about checking each one each day and creating lots of shipping labels, one label at a time. I can do so much more without having to expand my overhead with new hires. The Ordoro team is really on top of updates and feedback. They have always answered my questions quickly and completely. I frequently see new updates that I asked for. I have come to rely on Ordoro to manage my business from tracking products to fulfilling and shipping orders. Ordoro is well worth the investment.

Ordoro is great! When I was building my Shopify store, I spent a lot of time looking at the many apps available. Ordoro appealed to me because it seemed to be one of the easiest apps to incorporate different shipping companies for a new store. I also found the packing slips to be the most professional-looking and most aesthetically pleasing. After choosing Ordoro, the excellent, friendly, quick, responsive customer service is what really makes Ordoro so great. And now that they've added the auto-sync feature to import orders from Shopify, it couldn't be easier to use. Highly recommend!

Ordoro works effortlessly with Shopify allowing us to sync products and process orders quickly along with enabling drop shipping for many of our items. The customer support team at Ordoro has also been great to work with. They are prompt and responsive and very willing to help with any questions or issues you might have. You also have the ability to talk to a real life person to better talk you through processes, setup and issues that arise. We've had a great experience with Ordoro thus far and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an inventory management system that works with Shopify.

We needed a platform that was easy to use but had great functionality for handling multiple inventories across various selling platforms, this is exactly what Ordoro does. Not only does it do this but it does it brilliantly! We trailed an account for a month and got plenty of help and support for FREE from the team at Ordoro, how best to optimise the account to get the most out of it as well as learning about all the different features. There were certain things missing but gradually over time the platform is constantly being updated and the team are always happy to take on feedback to implement new features for its new and existing customers. Even now after several months of use if we ever encounter a problem the support team are more than happy to help. We can't recommend Ordoro highly enough, such a fantastic platform.

Ordoro has made my life MUCH easier. It wasn't all smooth sailing though. Getting set up wasn't as easy as I was expecting and there were problems connecting with the free Endicia account. That being said, Ordoro support has been AMAZING. They respond very quickly and have easily resolved any problems I have had. The support made up for the setup issues.

The customer support for Ordoro really sets it apart. The team is always happy to answer our questions, no matter how numerous or repetitive. The app is also updated regularly making it more efficient each time we use it. Drop shipping would be impossible for us without it.

Ordoro has immediately become a permanent fixture in our everyday work process. It has simplified things to the point that our high school-aged interns can handle printing out shipping labels after just a few minutes of training - a process that our company's Founders used to have to spend a dozen hours per week on. I'm so glad that I'll never have to "Export to CSV" or add/remove columns in Excel EVER AGAIN. Ordoro + Shopify = Awesome.

This is a great inventory/order management system. It's intuitive and works seamlessly with Shopify. If you have any issues they have stellar customer support. You get a real person that will solve your issue quickly and not have to go back and forth with someone on email. If your looking for a great easy to use system look no further Ordoro is it.
