Three customers reported never receiving their OTP codes. I panicked thinking the system was broken. Support pulled up the delivery log within minutes, showed me all three messages were sent successfully but flagged as spam by the carriers. They helped me switch to a sender ID format that's less likely to be filtered. Haven't had a missing code since.
